"What you see in the picture is what you get. Host were very informative and gave all the relevant information to the unit. Free coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water, instant noodles were provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable stay for my family. Unit is near restaurants, mall and shops. As it was near the airport, I could here the plane sound and music from nearby pub. However, sound was bearable for a light sleeper like me. Noise stopped by midnight. So i has a good sleep...

"1. Every staffs are warm and kind. There is no front desk but I have no problem throughout my stay because I am alway connected to host Tom via on-line. 2. Excellent for kids - Sony PS is there with big TV screen!!! My two sons preferr this apartment rather than 5 star resorts now. 3. I learned that the area of Nimman suffers from the big noise of airplanes.But don't worry! The apartment provides free ear plugs."

It's directly located near the Maya mall for groceries, restaurants and shopping. We had a relaxing and amazing time in Chiang Mai! Perfect for digital nomads or travelers visiting Chiangmai. "I stayed 5 nights , the apartment is very clean , kitchen very good , wifi working well , bed is very comfortable . The location is great , walkable to old city and markets , the area is very safe , lots of restaurants around and supermarket is a short walk . The communication with the host was great , she answers right away and very helpful . There is a tour office and cafeteria in the first floor of the building which were also great. Highly recommended place "

"This condo is good for a short stay. Unfortunately the listing provided is incorrect. We were given an apartment in dCondo Ping instead of dcondo sing (It didn’t ruin our stay, but the listing should be amended so it doesn’t confuse future guests) There wasn’t any cookware as stated, and the bathroom could have done with a better clean (hair still clogged up in the shower drain) You have to purchase your own toilet paper as you’re only provided with one and don’t receive housekeeping. And...
