It was okay a lil more space for the room but for the most part it was a pleasant stay. Upgrade on the breakfast.

Our stay was great for one night, staff was very friendly and professional, room was cleaned very well including sheets and bathroom. Our only issue was both our Queen beds made squeaking noses every time someone moved an inch, which kept the four of us up through out the night.

Hotel was in a very quiet nice area. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing !!
Room was much older than lobby ( not updated) bedding was old ( style from earlier years) bed was very hard nothing like other Hilton brand hotels we have stayed at. Air conditioning / heater wasn’t comfortable too hot or too cold no happy medium. Fridge was loud when running like old and ready to die! But the kicker was the outlet out in plain sight for small child to see and get hurt there was no outlet cover around the outlet (see photos) at 3 am I’m up trying to stop the toilet from running… the float chain was tangled and wouldn’t allow the water to fill the tank ! needless to say it was very disappointing and the cost was over $300 for the night ! I don’t mind paying more for a nice updated room but this was a total rip off !!!

Awesome Front Desk Staff
We requested early check-in since we had to be at a wedding by 4p and needed to get ready. Missy at the front desk, went above and beyond and got us checked in early so we could get ready. She was very professional and efficient. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Sanford/Lake Mary area.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very polite and professional. The only real let down was that we were here in Sanford for a soccer tournament and there is a lot of down time after and in between games. Yesterday and Today being (Saturday and sunday) there were very important playoff implicating football games on tv. Unfortunately lfor me the tv did not want to cooperate on the networks broadcasting the games. I requested assistance from the front desk and someone came up to take a look but never returned or fixed the issue. Needless to say, i was annoyed that i couldn't relax and watch the good football games on tv

The bed was sunk in and extremely uncomfortable. I asked for regular half and half for the coffee, all they had was flavored, but the staff didnt even check for more. They just what you see is what we have. We wont be back.
