"Staff was very friendly"

"Great location. It's pretty clean overall. I gave a 4-star rating for cleanliness because I did see a small cockroach once in the kitchen area. I think the property needs renovation badly. The furniture looks old. The rooms have stone tiles with poor sound proofing, so you can hear everything above, below and next to you. The noise kept me awake many nights. "

"I feel quite conflicted by my stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The room size was great - there was lots of space, but it was very dark with only 1 window, little interior lighting and no view. Bathroom / Shower was big and spacious. The hotel advertises a pool, but this is false advertising. You cant swim in it as it is only about a foot deep and should be called a puddle not a pool. "The property it really nice staff and service it’s good,parking fee it’s really expensive, beach it’s kind of far , the resort fee that they charge it’s a little expensive they don’t have a bar it’s just a car with drinks and it’s only for a few hours, chair and umbrella needs to be return by five it was a little overprice for my test."

"The location was excellent.We had a partial ocean view. It is right across the street from International Market and just 2-3 blks to the beach and Royal Hawaiian Resort and shopping. The $55 a day parking charge was unexpected. I did not have any idea it was going to cost an extra $230 just to park. It was valet only so a lot of waiting. "

"This hotel was very nice and clean and quiet. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. It is a very short walk to the beach and the Waikiki strip where you can pretty much find everything you might need from food, brewery's, shops, etc. I would definitely be back and of course I would totally recommend this hotel."
