Outwardly impressive but service is poor
New hotel. Alot of building construction in surrounding area and loud music from the bar on 3rd floor prevent a restful stay. Cleaners continuously pester to clean your room and often enter the room without notice. Service needs to be improved. Breakfast offers a very poor selection. Front desk staff are excellent.

위치가 최고인 호텔
더 포팅거는 그냥 위치 하나로 모든 단점을 보완합니다. 센트럴역에서 도보로 5분 정도니 최고의 위치입니다. 스태프들도 친절했고, 특히 제가 물건을 MTR에 놓고 내렸는데, 분실신고도 빠르게 도와줬어요.

I enjoyed my stay at The Pottinger. Love the location and accessibility. Staff may lack some experience and knowledge but they are genuinely helpful and attentive. The furniture does need an upgrade, both quality and structure. All in all, I would definitely consider staying again at the Pottinger. I stayed at the Signature Suite and I have my eyes set on the Pottinger Suite next time :)

お値段的の割には少し物足りない
お部屋ははとても綺麗で快適な滞在でした 以下は個人な意見です。 ・ボトルウォーターは一箇所にまとめて置いて欲しい 　(ベッドサイドテーブルそれぞれに1本ずつ置いてあったので1本は気付かなかった) ・有料のものと無料のものの区別が付き難い 　(ミニバーは有料なのは分かりますが紅茶のティーパックは無料？？) ・空気清浄機が欲しい ・ゴミ箱にビニール袋を入れて置いて欲しい 　(水気のあるものをそのまま捨てるのは躊躇する) ・ホテルWebsiteに石畳を通らないで到着するルートを記載して欲しい

Little gem in the Central
The location of the hotel is great, but the traffic in central can be overwhelming. The room was clean and tidy, on the small side, but very useful. The service was good, can be even better!
