"Property was very good for families, the grounds were beautiful and kept well, we had a wonderful time, lots to do for kids! Only downside was some of the staff got things muddled up and had made it seem as if we were lying about restaurant bookings. The booking system for the a la carte restaurants was not so great, only worked at a certain time if that, and it always said fully booked. The food at the main restaurant seemed to be similar for each night we stayed there which was a bit boring....

"Pros: almost everything. Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc. Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back...
