Dear Iida-Liisa, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the lack of a restaurant was a big minus to you. There are plenty of restaurants in the area so that's why we don't have one in our hotel. Also we don't have a proper kitchen due to the lack of space in the building.What comes to the room delivery, we are also really sorry about that. In the future we recommend to contact the reception straight away when any problems occur so we can help you with your issue and also possibly give you compensation if necessary. Our apologies for the inconvenience once again. Hopefully we will see you again despite this!
