What you are referring to was examined by professionals. They found no evidence of anything needing extermination.

Front desk JD was rude and had an attitude! Restaurant food was good and the waitress was vey sweet! The pool area is nice and pool temp was great! The room looks very clean but when you take a closer look there are ants and they were crawling on my bag and the rug and floor outside of bathroom area! Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am to see if we left yet! Checkout is not til 11! I expressed these issues to manager and all I got was ok! Not I'm sorry, I'll look into it or comp or something!!!!

Just very average. My main issue was this place was lack of AC and USB outlets at the desk and bedside table. You would think that in today’s electronic world that you wouldn’t have to crawl under the SES and unplug the coffee maker in order to plug in your laptop. That is ridiculous in 2023. Everything else was just average and outdated.

We had a room with 2 beds; one was very evidently broken- loud and dented in on the far right side and the other bed was not made with sheets (fitted or flat). The tub had dirty shoe prints in them and the room smelled overwhelmingly like smoke.

Great location. Great employees.
The front desk personnel are amazing! Since I was at a conference, I didn't have time to explore the amenities the hotel had to offer, but this will be where we stay for our next non-business visit to the Harrisburg area.

Sliding doors that don’t open if you close them all the way… ON THE BATHROOM. Hard Pass. Air Conditioning units that sound like jet engines. Tiny beds. Pool area in complete disrepair… like third world country disrepair. On site breakfast to purchase for $17? Nope. Hallways are dark and reminiscent of The Shining.

We had plumbing issues They gave us a room and its sink was badly clogged then they gave us another room and its sink was also not working very well and at the end it was badly clogged as well. We paid around $570 CAD for two nights and we were not expecting this!

I love this hotel, that's why I always choose it, but now there was a small detail, that the pool was closed. That made me sad but next time it will surely be open to enjoy.

At check in time I was greeted with friendly staff . Very impressed with the indoor/outdoor pool and the restaurant open till mid-night. Actually I was so impressed with the amenities that I am planning a short term vacation with the kids in June as it is close to Hershey Park.

We were hoping to for the kids to swim but the pool heater sadly wasn't working this time. I did call ahead and knew that this was a possibility however. Hope they're able to get it fixed soon as it's a nice amenity.
