Dear Ronald, we greatly appologise for the un pleasant experience you experienced about hot water. Our team found the fault and it was fixed as we speak, hot water is in abaduncy. The issue for parking, we are expanding the second phase so that our customers wont have any problem with parking

we greatly regret to what might have transpired. We our network was done yesterday so it was difficult to verify the online booking which was made, thats why took alot of time trying to get into the system to verify the booking. We dearly regret for the frastration we made you endure.

Dear Sandra, I would like to apologize to you for being checked in a room that is going through renovation and up grading of out bathrooms. We are a facility that adheres to high standards in terms of hygiene and best customer experience. We apologies for the horrible experience that we made you go though and we promise, our staff will never check inn guests in rooms that are not fit for occupation. For the electricity and water we have put up a solar system which will help pump water from the bore hole and also be used for lighting. Am greatlfull the instalation is now complete and perfectly wotking well. Water is a problem of the past now. For the tapes we are installing new ones. We are using your comments as a bench mark of your services. We greatly apologise as the country is in a mess

thank you Mr for your positive criticism and we are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. Its so unfortunate that by the time of your stay that is when we faced the toughest time of your operations as we faced a one week power cut do to transformer faults which affected the whole suburb. We were working tirelessly to normalise things as everything runs with electricity but we thank God that the situation has normalised now and everything is back and in working order. Will take your suggestions and improve on areas you have enlightened so that we can make the place more habitable to reach our clients expectations.
