"No one worked reception desk when I arrived. I waited along time with no help. I found the room key and went to the room. No towel, no hot water, no remote control for the TV. They turned off the electricity to the shower hot water, only on once a day, but never at the same time. "

They told me they would give me a ride to my cruise line, but when the time came they said they couldn’t. I then asked for a taxi and the staff told me they didn’t know where the cruise port was. "The resort was formally Premier which is good to know, as most drivers can’t find it. It has changed hands after covid and some of the buildings need to be bought up to new code so a lot of vacancies The staff and facilities are fantastic, especially for families The food was good too"
