Dear Guest, Many Thanks for your feedback, I spoke to you in detail about your stay while u were here in the hotel. You had mentioned indirectly to me that you are looking for compensation or a waiver against a 05 minute delay in clearing the plates from your room. You were also provided the food which was not in our menu on your special request and apart from that you did not face any issue as such. You had also threatened that if we do not provide u with a room refund, you will go ahead and post the negative review on the social media. you have also posted a non booking id review on goibibo. whilst we have no control on any one reviewing on social media platform, but we surely can clarify our position on the same medium.
