What a beautiful and unique property! We appreciated the communication we had with the property as we were arriving after hours (whatsapp). We also enjoyed an excellent Guatemalan breakfast :) Thanks for a great first experience in Guatemala!

Aceptable para una noche , mi cuarto estaba ubicado en el segundo nivel, un poco difícil subir y bajar las gradas con maletas. Para ingresar y salir hay que pasar por una garita, lo cual lo hace seguro.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The people were lovely and very helpful. I did end up having to pay for transport to the airport, but it was only 20Q, so no trouble.

I stayed only for a few hours because I have an early flight next day , it was convenient since is just 7 minutes from the airport . Place was very clean , quiet and very friendly staff I highly recommend this place for a short stay

Nice property and safe area right next to the airport. They even provided complimentary transport to my airline. Only challenge is getting through the security checkpoint before the hotel, requires exact address of the hotel and strong Spanish skills.

The room I stayed at was so dirty the floor was not moped, the shower bath was dirty and there was so many ants everywhere.

It was the strangest check in I've ever had. The lady opened the locked gate, checked our name off a list and brought us to our room. There was no greeting or instructions. We even had to go down later and ask for a key to our room. Our room however was very nice. Good bed, clean, spacious and a nice little patio to sit outside. There was advertised that there was an airport shuttle but we were told it didn't run the hours we needed it. Another hotel guest told us that Uber works very well and so we used that. The price also was very reasonable and the location great for having to be at the airport early.

What a great find! My flight got in very late, and Natalia provided me with very clear instructions on how to get in and find my room. Breakfast was made to order and totally delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to stay somewhere near the airport!
