"The hotel is beautiful with great views. The food is delicious. Service it’s incredible, all the staff is very friendly. We were worried about the food since we kept hearing that the food was overpriced and not so good but we had the opposite experience. We loved everything we tried and the price was worth it. The view from the upper pool is amazing, specially during sunset… Highly recommend the spa. Everything was great. Hope to be back soon. "

"The staff was wonderful, friendly and responsive. The hotel is in a perfect location, accessible to everything in the RZ. I gave it four stars because the bed is very hard and uncomfortable and the internet doesn't work well, so if you don't have data you will be without access at times. "

"This was an amazing find in the zona romántica just a short walk from all the fabulous restaurants and nightlife. Brand new facilities and a huge gym which was incredible - loads of machines. "What a beautiful B&B! Such charm and an incredibly welcoming staff. Our room was full of authentic touches and was quirky cute - loved every nook and cranny. " The property is located right at the ocean. Lucy and Carlos are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms are huge, bright and clean and equipped with everything you need. "Stayed at Riu Vallarta for 4 days as part of a 12 day trip in Puerto Vallarta (stayed at the Riu Jalisco for the other 8 days). Vallarta is a step up from the Jalisco in almost every way.
