The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location was quite a shock as the hotel is situated in a 2 km stretch of restaurants, souvenir shops, and noisy clubs across from the beach. We would have preferred a quaint setting in the Old Town.

Overall this was a nice property with very convenient shopping options. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing and the staff there was easy to work with and professional. Working with the front desk, staff was awkward. During each breakfast, there was a gentleman sitting on the edge of the patio, smoking cigarettes the entire time we were eating. The wind blew all that smoke across into all the seats. He seemed like an owner or manager, But he never really did anything. His friends would come join him and make even more smoke. Other than this, it was a nice restaurant and a good hotel to stay, great balcony views of the ocean.

Nice people, friendly, clean. Many good restaurants around. Short walk to the fortress and old town. Parking in the street is possible in off season (oct). Recommend Sotos, Hercules and the italian restaurant opposite the street.

Book here - it’s the best!
I would highly recommend! The position of the hotel is just across the road from a blue flag beach - lots of sun loungers and water sports available. Two minute walk to a supermarket to make the most of the studio apartment rooms we had booked. Room was spotless on arrival and kept that way for my whole stay. Water pressure on the shower was great (a big bug bear of mine when I can’t get a proper shower!) Aircon was easy to use and kept the the room at a good temperature when required. We arrived early hours of the morning and had a great reception by Dino, very attentive service via Maria’s x 2 and the lovely Athanasia (the hotel is clearly her passion). Thank goodness for local businesses that do a great job and make my stays away when not doing business just wonderful! Couldn’t recommend more!

The location is great, the old town only 15 minutes walk and the hotel is just next to the sea which is extremely convenient. The room was spacious, well-equipped and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. Perhaps the selection of the breakfast could improve, but from my side it was absolutely fine. Overall, we couldn't wish better staying for us.

I loved the proximity to the beach, and it was walkable to the old town area. Lots of great shops and restaurants around. The hotel was very modern and hotel staff was very nice. My room had a beautiful view of the beach, and the price was very affordable. I the things I really disliked about this hotel were that on Expedia it said that there was free parking available (there wasn’t) and it seemed that the hotel had their own beach facilities (they don’t). I felt misled by the listing, but I made it work. Other complaints about the property are that the shower was wide open, so water would splash all over the bathroom floor, which was super annoying and a very poor design. I also found that the bathroom towels got really smelly like body odor after one or two uses. I think the hotel needs to wash their towels better, or consider getting new towels. Given the price point, I was overall pleased with the hotel, but there is some need for improvement.

7 days at Steris
Amazing staff, so friendly and kind and good service :) stayed there for 7 days. Very close to the beach and the old town! The resturant was one of the best i ever have taken a meal. And the waitress and the rest of the crew 10/10 !

I can’t say enough great things about Maria and Steris! The whole staff was wonderful. The location is easy for driving in and walking to old town. We borrowed bikes and rode them to old town. Everyone really was just above and beyond!

10 day break
Very clean hotel, we would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. There was a confusion with our booking so had to change rooms half way through the holiday, which was a little annoying. But great views and a good place to stay.

Satisfactory hotel for our one night stopover
We stayed there for one night. The hotel is opposite the beach. Our room was rather kitch with a 60s/70s type decoration. The staff were nice and offered a welcome bottle of wine. Our stay was brief as we only slept there, but pleasant. The room had a bad odor when we arrived so we had to air it out, but otherwise was fine. We were there really only to sleep.

Great spacious suite
The suite was big with a separate big bedroom and it’s own bathroom and balcony. The living room was also big with its own bathroom and balcony. Could be better cleaned due to covid but over all a great hotel and we loved our stay here. Can recommend!

Ihan ok mutta vähän pettymys. Luvattiin ilmainen pysäköinti - mutta pysäköinti tarkoittikin yleisiä kadunvarsipaikkoja. Allas oli mini kokoinen (max 3 henkilölle) paikassa johon ei aurinko paista. Huoneessa oli vikoja, esim pistorasiat irtosivat seinistä ja fööni oli vanha ja rikkinäinen ja haisi palaneelle. Yleisöarviolta hotelli oli ok, mutta odotimme enemmän. Sijainti tosin hyvä, aivan rannassa ja rantakadulla

We really appreciate the comments of the guests, as we are trying to getting better. about the parking place, i like to clarify, that we never said that we offer private parking place. As we do not have it. We always say to the guests, that they can park around the hotel. this period is very busy in town, and the problem with parking is everywhere. Hope to have a better experience next time!

Nice hotel to discover the region
Steris elegant is well placed. We enjoyed the beachbjust in front of the hotel, we went to the old city just a kilometer from us. The hotel is clean and nice, the rooms are all with a balkony. We had a trip to Arkadi monastery, very good day.
