CSky has the most incredible views over Santorini! We were blown away by the wonderful views which we enjoyed every morning when eating our tasty breakfast. Being able to swim in the pool overlooking the Caldera is a memory me and my partner will treasure. The staff were fantastic and attentive to any of our needs. Going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying the holiday. The location is in the middle of the Fira to Oia mountain path so you are able to walk into either town or get a short taxi to enjoy the food and atmosphere both locations offer! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and mind blowing views.

L’hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla dell’isola e con una vista mozzafiato, la camera è bella anche se non proprio con comfort eccezionali. La pecca della struttura sta nei servizi offerti ai clienti: si paga come un 5* ma i servizi sono da un discreto 4*. In più cena VIP con un costo spropositato rispetto al cibo offerto, nonostante la vista bellissima. Tra le note positive una giovane ragazza albanese parte dello staff, super gentile e disponibile con tutti i clienti, l’unica ad offrire una cura al cliente da 5*. Per la struttura e la posizione è un peccato, si deve fare meglio

Our customer service is always responsive to solve any issues immediately and adress them on the spot.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. They gave us so many recommendations of what to do around the area. The room was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. The views and location of the hotel were perfect. We will definitely come back and stay at this same hotel in the future.

Please read before spending 1000 euros a night
So first of all PROPs to this hotel for the epic views and being postioned in one the best places on the planet! You will not find a view lile this right on the cliff side! This place only gets 4*stars due to the poor service and irresponsibility of the management/receptionist. We had to wait over 30 minutes to check in despite giving adequate notice. Pool was dirty despite waiting to check in. Maintance people dealing with lights, almost right at the time of our breakfast at poolside during morning hours where I had to ask them to move. No concern for peope who have paid a money to stay the night. A little dissapointed BUT the views and infinity pool saved this from giving this a 0 star review.

Dear Guest check in time is at 15.00 oclock. Early check in can be provided upon availability. Even so we provided a complementary late check out!! Maintenance and cleaning are operations that have to be performed daily.Finally, being a guest for only one night, limits your impression and experience of our property and staff.

Este hotel tiene un vista espectacular, esta justo en el medio de los pueblos principales por lo que es súper tranquilo y relajante. Los empleados son excelentes y bien amables, nos coordinaron las cenas , la renta del auto, en do. Todo lo que necesitábamos para pasar unos días memorables. Los recomiendo!!

CSKY is an amazing hotel with amazing people! The staff is very kind and friendly. But the very best part is the view of the Caldera, It is so majestic! I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had the best time just chilling at the pool, drinking a cocktail, and enjoying the view!

Oia sunset villa stay
The overall view of the accommodation is spectacular!!!! Beautiful swimming pools and fantastic jacuzzi. 10 minutes walk to the centre to find restaurants or pick up a taxi. I would recommend to rent a car for your stay. The only complaint I have is we weren’t provided tea, milk and sugar on arrival. We are British please!😄 However, this got sent to us on request. Brilliant!!

Great views with some maintenance issues!
Great views from everywhere! Secluded villas (senior suites offer a lot of privacy, whereas with the others views from neighbouring villas are included!, even with honeymoon villa) with very spacious rooms but a bit old and not well maintained. Definitely not worth the money if you dont get a discounted offer! With a discounted offer all good! Staff was friendly but not that professional as used to be in other places (nobody could explain me how the jacuzzi works; also some sand was inside the jacuzzi). Breakfast was very good with nice views from the balcony.
Stains and dirty bathrobe and towels provided! Easy to solve...
Very old shower. Problem: every tinme the whole bathroom is wet when showering due to some maintenance issues.
Superb views from the private balcony (senior suite); be aware that the other rooms are not that private!

Un emplacement avec une vue à couper le souffle !! Le personnel est très souriant, aimable, disponible (avec une mention spéciale pour Chis). Le seul petit bémol est que l'hôtel manque un peu de rénovation et par rapport à la taille de la chambre (90m2)la salle de bain est trop petite Sinon nous avons passé la meilleur des lunes de miel et le personnel est complètement à vos petits soins !

A perfect honeymoon destination

Nous avons adoré notre séjour... l emplacement est fantastique... étant situé sur la caldeira nous avions vu des deux côtés de l île et donc la mer à perte de vue... le personnel est aux petits soins... notre suite en duplex avec jacuzzi face à la mer ... au top... je recommande vivement

Just what we wanted
Loved the hotel with the spectacular view. Great personelized and friendly service. Spesialy loved the breakfast on our own private terrasse. Good tips on sightseeing to see, ajusted to age and prefresences. Some distanse to nearest towns, but staff is availeble to fix transfer at all hours. Really recomend a stop here ti relax When om vacation.

The location is superb and that’s a huge reason people go to Santorini. Incredible 2 sided views! You know what else was superb? The staff. They will do anything for you! They were a huge part of our wonderful experience there.

Quiet and isolated retreat with a stunning view
The location has an amazing view of the caldera. It is isolated and private so it's a very quiet escape from the very very busy touristy towns. Situated between OIA and Imerovigli, you will need transport to and from those towns and Fira of course. The front desk will organise that for you so just ask them. The sunset is OK but you cannot see it over the horizon but rather a mountain. The sunrise is spectacular and you can see that over the horizon. All service staff are very friendly and warm throughout the entire stay, so they do make you feel welcomed all the time. The pool is nice but they sometimes treat it during the day when you may want to swim instead of night hours, so best you ask at the front desk about it. Meals are freshly prepared by a chef on site, but be prepared to pay a lot for not a large quantity (e.g. 15 Euro for a salad, 17 Euro for a burger). They will bring you all meals to your villa, so that makes it nice and intimate, but be aware that kitchen is closed between 3pm and 7pm and you should pre-order your meals to ensure the kitchen has time to organise ingredients. On one night, we wanted gyros souvlakia and even though the chef doesn't do that, they were happy to go into town for us and picked some up. They have a fully functioning bar so order whatever drink you like... and if you're lucky, you may get a round of drinks is on them.

Huge Ripoff - service and interior is shitty!!!
Let me get this straight. Views are definitely stunning no problems with that. The rooms/hotels are spacious. The problem with this hotel is that, with a very spacious room, it looks empty because there are very few furniture. Don't get me wrong, There is no even mirror outside of the bathroom. Bathroom is so small. Shower area doesn't even have proper enclosure to prevent water to get out of it. In short the floor of the whole bathroom is wet and slippery. Service is very very poor. We waited for an hour to get checked in. Even with that, the Masters bedroom airconditioning is not working and this stay is summer season. The person doesn't even offer anything to resolve the problem. I mean common. There is so many ways to resolve or at least make the customer happy but these people will leave you with that problem. I can name you 100 ways to do something about it but these peeps are poor problem solver. Discount, transfer to a different room, portable airconditioning, or even a free dinner or some complimentary anything. With the amount you pay, it is crazy that they don't do anything about it. The employees are just incompetent. The reply to us is that open the window (on a summer heatwave day.. are you kidding?). The peeps even said "don't ruin our vacation just for an aircon". Is this the way employees respond on a very luxurios hotel. Either they are racist or just plain stupid. We are Asians. So all Asians reading this don't go to this hotel. Other guests I spoke, agrees

Chris and his staff were exceptional. They cooked us anything we wanted, organized a car rental, gave us a tasting of Santorini wine and upgraded our room. The location, with a 360 degree view, was unforgettable. Absolute bliss!

Es gibt weder einen Speisesaal noch einen Geschützen Raum in welchem gegessen werden kann Lunch oder Dinner in dem davor vorgesehenen Bereich ist nahezu unmöglich Dem Personal , eine Köchin und einer Gehilfin sowie einem weiteren Praktikanten ist dies allerdings wirklich egal Service findet kaum statt .Alles muss telefonisch geordert werden ,was mit Wartezeiten verbinden ist. Das Frühstück ist Standard und manches ist nicht vorrätig Wenn überhaupt lebt das Hotel von der Aussicht Wenn das der Luxus ist dann hat das fast jeder auf Santorini Nie und nimmer würden wir dieses Hotel Weiterempfehlen es ist keine 3 Sterne wert Erwähnt am Rande sei noch der von Hotel bestellte Shuttlebus wollte uns am Schluss auch noch über den Tusch ziehen verlangte das doppelte wie vom Hotel erwähnt Also Vorsicht Es gibt so viel schönere Hotels mit angenehmerer Atmosphäre Finger weg von diesem angeblich 5* Hotel Personal ist gleichgültig bis unfreundlich Der Whirlpool ist ungepflegt leider mehr als enttäuschend

Incredible views
The most amazing views! Absolutely beautiful! Staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative things were the very old/torn towels and cloth napkins that were provided.

Fairy Tales come true.
This place was magical!! The location was quiet and tranquil. The staff went above and beyond in all ways. Upon check in we were upgraded to the Honeymoon suite and they had brought in an extra bed for our daughter who was traveling with us. Then welcome wine and fruit were delivered. They made us feel like royalty all around! The view from our balcony was like something out of a dream! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and served to us in our room. We had dinner from the restaurant one night, and it was wonderful! They assisted us with taxi/ferry service, and literally got us the best table in all of Santorini to see the sunset for dinner one night. The hike to Oia is one hour and a nice trek for shopping and sightseeing , though in full sun and a bit dusty. You are a bit secluded, which we liked because there was so much privacy and peace. Pick CSky, you can not go wrong!!

Great place to stay if you don't care about being in the middle of town. Location is remote.

部屋がとても広く2人では勿体無いくらいでした。 ウェルカムドリンクやフルーツもあって有り難かったです。 ホテルの部屋数が少ない分、人も少ないなでプールがほとんど貸し切り状態で遊べたのでよかったです。 プールと部屋、立地を見て選びましたが、もう１つ重視した点はアーリーチェックインができるとゆう点。 チェックインの時間は15時ですが 私は朝の6時に着く便だったので、事前にメールをして7時にチェックインできるように了承を得たのにも関わらず、部屋に入らなくて4時間ほどロビーで待つ羽目になりました。

Heaven on Earth
The views just can't be faulted. It really is amazing! The staff are lovely. The two bedrooms suite is so spacious. And the breakfast to our room every morning really tops it. They're spoiling us with choices on the menu breakfast. Over all experience, it made Santorini trip a memorable one! Thank you.

What a great place!
Everything was exemplary. Lovely, quiet rooms. Pleasantly away from the busy towns but not too far if you want to go. Midway on the beautiful caldera hike. The most attentive staff I have encountered in a long time. The food was wonderful

fantastic views, amazing quality.
The hotel is amazing in quality. Quite new and spacious because it's far from the old towns. But the view is spectacular- so even though you are few min from the towns it's one amazing view. Ideal if u rent a car. Not ideal if u cab it around. In general renting a car I santorini is a great idea for the flexibility it gives you and in that case this hotel is for you. We stayed half our stay in oia but preferred csky. Staff and hospitality was outstanding
