"We stayed in a modern, almost new 2 bed barn property in mid-May. The bathroom was well laid out and a selection of towels and toiletries were provided. The lounge was open plan, roomy and bright with a large openable slide door/window containing comfortable furniture; the kitchen area was perfectly adequate for traveller needs with a good selection of cutlery/crockery. "This was our second visit to Fistral hotel and it was just as good this time as we remembered the first time. The food is always so good, the breakfast totally worth the price, the hotel itself is lovely, has a chilled vibe and perfect views of the beach. But most of all the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly & seem so happy to be there. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in by far! Can’t wait to go back again !!!"

"An old hotel which is currently undergoing a major renovation but this was being done tactfully done and caused no hassle whatsoever- it will be lovely when completed. Our room was big and comfortable and a good bathroom with bath and separate shower. Decent English breakfast and pleasant to stroll along the seafront."

"Very pleasant stay. We arrived very late in the evening but our key was available form the bar. Very easy. Good sized room - quiet and not overlooked. Didn't have time to go to the gym or pool but looked good. Excellent breakfast with enough choice to suit most tastes. Minor issue that the carpark isaway from the main building so suggest drive to front door to deposit cases etc and then go and park car in car park (lots of space). Grounds seemed well maintained too."

"Hotel was very conveniently located for my purposes and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I only had drinks at the bar and breakfast but everything was very good. Only disappointment was my shower, as it was a multi head shower but the ‘rainfall’ standard overhead part didn’t work so I had to use the handheld head"

"The staff were amazing and very helpful. Even with the rain we managed to keep the children entertain with the pool and vast bar area where they run in circles. We got luck with parking but there seems to be parking available nearby. The Land train stop was right next to the hotel which takes you all the way to Fistral beach. The location is great with two beautiful beaches within 6min to 8 mins walk. "
