Hi Karen- Thank you for the outstanding score regardless of your observation of homelessness around our facility. Unfortunately, we do experience it in our downtown area, however, we take extra precautions to keep our guests safe, such as keeping side entrances locked or accessible only with a room key, keeping bathrooms open only during breakfast and our manager's reception and of course, the key card readers on the elevator, to only allow our guests upstairs.Thank you for your review and we hope to see you again soon!

Hi Diane- UGH- we were doing so good until breakfast! You are totally right- if breakfast is supposed to go until 10am (on the weekends only!) it should be stocked and ready to go until "the big hand hits the 12!"
