"I stay at the Leonardo every time I’m travelling through Glasgow. This time Iza was on front desk and was fantastic. This hotel is excellent for Glasgow Central station, has a very good breakfast, soundproofing is effective so even my room which overlooked the station was quiet. I left very early the following morning but they were accommodating in giving me the morning breakfast on the checkin day which was a superb touch. All in all a thumbs up."

"My room was cold. Even with the A.C. turned to max heat, no output warm air from unit. No heat source in bathroom. e.g.Heated towel rail would have been effective."
