From the start had a bad experience. Ordered 4 rooms online with hotels.com, frontdesk argued with us it was only one room. Had to made an international call to hotels.com to clear things up. Seems the front desk didn't understand the booking we printout/brought with us when it was clear we ordered 4 rooms. Room conditions was pretty bad, bathroom was clogged, etc. The one good thing is that it is located strategically in one of Penang's main tourist site.
