I very much liked the room facing the lawn area no cars parking in front . One night stay. Room was clean until I moved the night stand to get to a plug , ugh totally was dirty with stuff. So just need a little more attention to detail probably had not been moved in a while

It’s a simple hotel but it’s convenient. The front desk person (David) was as good as a person can be. The person checking in before me was elderly and had some special needs. He escorted them to their rooms. I’m on a bike tour with a touring bike and 4 saddle bags. My room was on the 2nd floor (no elevator) - David helped carry my bike up the stairs while I carried my bags. Kudos to David!

The property is in terrible shape and under renovation. There are tarps over part of the building and garbage all over the parking lot. We walked into the lobby and walked out again. The place was not suitable to stay in.

The staff was pleasant and professional, especially when I voiced a concern. Breakfast was sparse, but it is a budget hotel, after all.

We did our research before choosing this particular hotel. We are quite familiar with Fredericksburg and the area where the hotel is located. It is not the best...located off of a VERY busy highway with a lot going on around it. The outside of the hotel looks old and warn. However, We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been recently renovated. Although the area is busy, it was quiet without a lot of noise so a pleasant night's sleep could be had. We enjoyed our 2 nights there and would gladly stay again.

Hotel is old. Toilet didn't flush in the first room, we went to the front desk and told us to try something that didnt work then they moved us to another room. That toilet was a little better. No water pressure in the shower. Probably would not stay again.

Convenient location right off the highway. Staff was very nice. It’s an old building but in decent enough shape. Clean and adequate for a one night stopover. Not the best value for the money but good overall.

Super service pour le Check-in et check-out, le personnel de l’hôtel est parfait et les chambres sont propres. Mais nous avons dû quitter au milieu de la nuit car nos voisins de chambre qui étaient dans la chambre 127 n’ont pas dormis de la nuit et criaient et parlaient fort sans arrêt. Ils ont passé la nuit à sortir de leur chambre pour fumer en avant de la porte de notre chambre. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, c’est juste dommage que les gens ne sâches pas vivre quand ils vont à l’hôtel!

Old run down motel. Rooms were dirty and dingy. Staff was nice, but I recommend you stay elsewhere.
