This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a while. First, when we arrived, only 1 elevator was working. People we waited up to 40 minutes at one point to get onto the elevator. We had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with all of our luggage to get to our room. Then we finally get there and there is a maintenance team in the room and they have taken apart the shower. They moved us to a different room, which had no AC. They had to move us again to a 3rd room. Horrible customer service and horrible experience all around.

Accommodating our request for a higher floor was a positive note but had to request to speak with a manager Upon arrival to the hotel the entrance is CLEARLY not visible. Completely inconvenient Told to enter through the parking garage even though we were dropped off.

Great location, easy access to beach, great pool area. However, waits for the elevators were extremely long so took the stairs plenty. Unfortunately we were met with dead cockroaches on the stairs daily. Rooms were spacious ans clean and staff were very good.

Think twice
The elevator is almost entirely non functional. Staff didn’t seem to care that we had to take the stairs. Very expensive and I feel the elevator should work.

Great area right across from beach...lots of restaurants in the area as well. Love the fact of having a room with a balcony. The concierge servive in the lobby is great when you are looking for something..they have all the answers.

There were issues with the room so we had to wait to check in. Once those issues were resolved by maintenance, we were able to check in and had a great stay. Very comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony. Would consider staying here again!

Nice size room with view of ocean. Great location. Pool deck was big and plenty of chairs. They had DJ one day and trivia another day. People were loud in halls in am but we were by the elevators.

Bom no geral, ruim na recepção!
No geral, é muito bom. O ponto mais negativo são os funcionários da recepção, estão sempre mal humorados e com pouca vontade de atender os hóspedes. Outros funcionários, de outros setores, também não eram gentis (segurança, governança, ...), parece que ordem no local é trabalhar bem mal humorado. Tivemos contato com outros funcionários para questões pontuais. Muitas vezes parecia que os funcionários da recepção estavam fazendo um grande favor para os hóspedes. O quarto é muito bom, limpo, sempre bem arrumado, espaçoso, mobiliário bem conservado, ... O único problema ficava na reposição, sempre faltava algum item (shampoo, detergente, toalha, ...). A área da piscina é boa, sempre organizada e muito limpa. O bar da piscina funciona bem. Na área da piscina pegamos as tolhas para piscina/praia e também cadeiras (comuns) para praia. O hotel não disponibiliza guarda sol. Na praia alugam guarda sol e cadeiras de praia. Os elevadores são lentos, demoram bastante, apesar de serem 4. O acesso com carro ao estacionamento é com cartão fornecido pelo hotel. A partir do pavimento 5 somente hóspedes, para os andares inferiores é público. O hotel recebe encomendas sem taxas. Para receber as encomendas é um pouco demorado porque quem entrega é o pessoal da segurança e alguns não tem a mínima de vontade de ir buscar as encomendas na sala em que ficam armazenadas. Não são todos os seguranças, poucos eram gentis.Recomendo para quem não precisa muito do pessoal da recepção.
