The hotel is a disgrace. The property is dirty. The room given me was filled with flees, the toilets were so filthy that you could not use them. The shower was so dirty and disgusting. The whole room was so dirty that it was a health hazard. I walked in and could not stay. I took pictures as evidence. I stayed less then a half hour, took my pictures and found a different hotel. The hotel is a health hazard.
WORST nightmare EVER! It's trap on Hotels.com. They should ban it from there website. Got there parking lot was empty no cars in sight. Note on door stated if door locked ring doorbell, no anwswer call the following number, (of course no awnswer) go to room 118 and knock. Drove around trying to find room 118 and find an fat lady sitting on a chair in front of a dark room not 118. (Creepy as hell) Go around the corner find 118 knock and a large dog bark came from the room and a fat mangy looking guy anwers. I tell him I rented a room here he states I don't recommend you staying here get your refund don't stay here. As he closes the door I notice 3 young males stairing at us from the last room with some kind of bag so we left in a hurry!
Moral of the story is don't stop at this hotel EVER!

The property was just acquired by Magnuson Worldwide and appears to be an on it's last legs motel. The copy on Expedia came from some central PR function and at best reflects their plans but has no relation to reality. When I asked the desk person where the exercise room was he said "we don't have one, where did you get that idea?" I felt I was in an "after the war" movie. The reality and the Expedia presentation was so far apart I've lost faith in you and until this point I've been a steady customer. Thank god my wife wasn't along. Clearly you have a problem with your audit function.
