Dear Stephan,Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry about your experience. Outdoor hot tubs are kept covered when not in use to maintain it's temperature due to the cold whether. Upon check-in we advice all the guest to inform us when they wants to use the hot tubs, so we can keep them ready to use. The main reason is to avoid delays.During the off season we have very limited amount of restaurants in the area.
