Stayed in a dog friendly room. Rooms are very old and have a dirty feel to them. Bathroom door was permanently yellow, ceiling had a hole cut in it for the sprinkler to come out. Also, no ventilation in the bathroom which does not help. The front entrance to the hotel is very nice.
I was blown away at the quality check in process, the front desk staff are clear and knowledgeable, Ive stayed in hotels 3 nights every week for almost 10 years and the sawridge staff take first place. This place is just great I will be returning for my stays in Edmonton from now on! And the facilities on site are excellent, you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Property was nice, quiet hotel. Could use an upgrade with the bed, there was a dip in the bed and felt it was well used. Also there was only 3 pillows on a king size bed which was a struggle.

I feel kinda catfished! Pictures are lovely. Foyer and bar area is beautiful. I thought maybe my room was originally a 1980s motel that they just built around. Ripped carpet. Water stains on roof. Bashed corners of walls. Loud music played by cars sitting in front of at 2.20am, people fighting and smoking pot outside my ground floor window at 5:40am. Front desk lady wanted to be anywhere but there.
The bar staff was as you would expect. Nice and courteous
Can’t say I will be back.

Business Trip, room carpet was filthy, sticky in a lot of areas, no soap in room, one face cloth for two people, air conditioning didn’t work and room service didn’t come for second night so we had to request service. The room only had a stand up shower vs a tub which should have been told up front.

We wish we knew that there was an issue with your AC, and we could have sent the maintenance to get it fixed for you. Overall it’s not the worst but when me and my fiance checked in I was told breakfast was included in my stay when we went to go have our breakfast the next morning we we’re then informed that Breakfast wasn’t included so there would be an extra charge, this is not a big deal however to be told one thing seems to me that there was a lack of communication between the managers and the resr of the staff

Extremely loud if you’re staying adjacent to the restaurant. Had a sport tournament the following day and kids couldn’t fall asleep from the loud music coming from the lounge. Room was large but no lighting. Definitely not staying here again.

My stay was very underwhelming. Place didn’t feel overly clean. Elevators were sketchy, buttons wouldn’t always work. 1 bar of soap provided, had to share between sink and shower.

Initial thoughts were the hotel was old and rundown. Rooms smell like they’ve been smoked in & there was a constant smell of weed in the hallways. Vending machines didn’t work and limited snacks available at the front desk.
After the first night staying there, we were up early and went shopping all day. Upon returning around 4:30 we discovered our room hadn't been cleaned. No fresh towels. When we called the front desk, they said it could be up to 2 hours until we got towels and zero explanation why the room wasn’t cleaned besides they haven’t got to it yet.
If you like clean and punctual then I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night. When we arrived in our room, the carpets were soaking wet and there was a very strong cleaner/deodorizer smell. We left for a couple of hours and it hadn’t changed when we returned. The front desk were very efficient and apologetic, and moved us to a King Suite when I enquired about moving rooms. While this room had a great lay out, and lots of space, it was in need of maintenance and a good clean. The bathroom was spacious but run down. The shower handle fell off when I turned on the tap. Very dusty and grimy plug ins and areas around the floor. We managed the one night, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
I almost forgot…there were someone’s fake eyelashes stuck to the bathroom wall…gross!
