Comfortable bed. Window was drafty and howled from the wind. TV system was not the best. Wifi was slow. Spa was not equipped. No slippers, steam room was off.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Its location is right on the Royal mile, so there is ready access to excursion pick up locations, restaurants, and shops.The staff really goes that extra little bit to assist and help make the experience great.

Like all hotels nowadays, there is an effort to be more green. While that's commendable, unless it's done well, it becomes a joke. If they want me to reuse the towels, there needs to be places to hang them. How much would a few hooks cost to install? No hooks, no towel bar, I can't hang them to dry. And who came up with these half-door showers? A moron, that's who, and all the hotels that bought into this idea are short-sighted. Water goes all over, causing issues they probably didn't think about. Get curtains. Get full glass door and walls. Keep the floor and walls dry. Also... I guess wash cloths are no longer offered. Why not. Towels used to be a standard amenity. No longer. We had to ask for more. No hand-face towels? Really. Just bath towels. What's this all about? Otherwise, probably the best breakfast buffet of my trip. Outstanding. Quiet, clean room. Comfortable beds.

This was a nice hotel in a great location but it was so cold. I had to call reception twice to ask them to put the heating on in my room, the pool was too cold to use and the temperature in the lounge and restaurant was uncomfortable at best. Such a shame - we booked this hotel especially for the pool but taking a swim was more an act of endurance than a pleasurable experience. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you want to be warm!!

We had 1 bedroom suite excellent room and separate bedroom very convenient for all of Edinburgh site seeing and grabbing a bus to anywhere Only complaint was our room cleaner stank of BO which lingered in our room and they don’t know how to hoover under things otherwise excellent

The whole experience of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities were great, breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and room was really quiet. Location perfect for exploring Edinburgh, particularly handy for local Museums and the Royal Mile. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again, in fact planning next trip already.

Great location
Had a great stay in this hotel, what made it stand out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from the concierge to the lady who welcomed us to breakfast 10/10. Breakfast was lovely something for everyone. Our only issue was the television in our room didn’t work but as we were there for one night didn’t impact our stay and reception said they’d send someone from maintenance to check it.

Grest stay
Was a lovely trip to Edinburgh, the hotel was lovely, bar was very expensive though so never used it. Breakfast was amazing

Fantastic hotel which delivered a personal touch
We had a fantastic time, celebrating a 30th birthday. I contacted the hotel in advance and they were kind enough to put balloons in the room and presented us with a selection of sweet goods in celebration shortly after we got to our room. The facilities were excellent, the hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Every member of staff we spoke with made us feel welcome. Would happily stay again next time we come to Edinburgh.

very handy location for old town visit. Lots of restaurants but all full so early reservation necessary. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Decepção
Infelizmente, as minhas vantagens VIP Gold não foram reconhecidas no hotel. Além disso, por ter outras experiências na rede Radisson Paulista (São Paulo), Radisson Victoria (Montevidéu), Radisson ( Colônia de Sacramento, Uruguai), Radisson Edwardian (Manchester, UK), este Radisson de Edimburgo deixou a desejar pelo preço que cobra e o perfil de hotel. O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, porém a piscina, um diferencial que custa a mais no preço da estada estava com a água pouco aquecida para o inverno escocês. Peguei um resfriado que prejudicou a minha estada. O café da manhã também perde para as outras redes Radisson. Não ofereciam alternativa de bacon americano, como se conão me no Brasil, somente o bacon do english breakfeast. É comum que hotéis da categoria do Radisson ofereçam alternativas a pedido dos hóspedes. Pouca variedade de frutas, de pães. Uma pena. Sensação de que não valeu a pena o valor pago, mais de 2500 reais para dois dias. Por este valor, já fiquei em hotéis muito melhores em Amsterdã, Estocolmo, sem contar os da rede Radisson citados anteriormente. Todos pela hoteis.com
