"Nice property with some nice workers. Restaurant served good food but really slow on our 2nd day...somehow other guests had known to order advance and they got the meals when they got there while we have sit and wait for over an hour and 15 minutes watching them got their food before us and they just sat there for couple minutes..really upset me..wish they have told us that will take a long time so we can go do something else...would be nice to get treat the same as other guests... otherwise...

"Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig (wir hatten ein 2stöckiges Familienzimmer) und die hoteleigenen Thermalpools sehr hübsch angelegt. Man darf allerdings nicht unterschätzen, wie kalt es auf dieser Höhe wird und dass es innen mindestens genauso kalt wie draußen ist. Der Kamin hat im Zimmer geholfen, aber das Bad war natürlich immer noch saukalt, so dass man nicht duschen wollte - hier wäre ein Heizstrahlen oder ähnliches sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war gut, bis auf die sehr fettigen...

"Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. My experience in Machupicchu was incredible and this hotel made it perfect! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Machupicchu!"

"We ended up staying here for a total of almost 2 weeks. We would stay here and then check out to go do treks in the jungle, but then always return to this hotel. The property is beautiful, kept in perfect condition. Everything is very clean, there is always hot water. They have a free baggage storage service, that's nice. "Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...
