"Great to be back and with bookings for DECEMBER and February to come. Delightful room."

"A"

"Convenient location. Parking available. 2 mins walk from sea front"

"This hotel is very run down and tired. Food wasn't as good this year. Once again only the small lift was working. The saving grace of this hotel is the wonderfully staff. When we said we weren't happy with our room they immediately transferred us to a superior room. The dining room was often short staffed but the staff were very attentive and cheerful"

"The staff and clean room and excellent breakfast"

"Room was small, and has a funny metal frame around the TV which partially blocks the already small passageway past the end of the bed. Predictably, we crashed into it in the middle of the night. Bar snacks were dreadful - we had foccaccia and olives. Olives were cheap quality and the foccaccia fingers were dry and crumbly (clearly pre-frozen). Outrageous prices given the poor quality so we abandoned our plan to stay for dinner and went elsewhere."

"Nothing"

"Very dated - but clean and did the job for an expensive time at conference"

"Location was close to the beach. Lots of walking, wear good shoes. There is a live bandstand on the beach near the hotel. Live acts are frequent but just missed one on the first night . did not hear the music. Great breakfast provided by hotel. Room was large."

"Great location by the ocean (channel). Helpful staff. We enjoyed the included breakfast and also had a lovely dinner ."
