"Nice big room, didn’t really interact with staff or anything other than the room as we were on weekend to the Birmingham games expo. Only 30 min drive to the NEC which was perfect. Bath and shower in room which was lovely after a long day. Easy check in and out. Car park free but must out you’re number plate in at reception. Nice little cafe bar 5min walk away "

"Rooms were clean tidy and spacious, asked for a cot and was delivered to room within 10/15mins. Breakfast was okay, could have been hotter however it’s a buffet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower was lovely and clean. We had noisy people above us didn’t complain as it’s a hotel with parties/weddings however I would have done had it gone on after 1am "

"Great stay in the Ramada. Only issue is the pillows are to hard, one pillow not enough two pillows to many. I would recommend leaving two soft pillows as spares in the wardrobe that way you can swap them round until you get the desired arrangement."

"From when we arrived there were friendly staff on hand to help us checking in and getting to our rooms. However, in getting to our rooms we noticed that some of the light switches did nothing. There didn't appear to be a ceiling light for over the bed area, only for the corridor and bathroom. And in the bathroom there was no extractor fan which made showers less comfortable. "Lovely stay just a few things to note. Parking needs to be free/included, it’s £8 but a bit annoying for such an upmarket establishment to charge for it. Grounds are beautiful the building is stunning, staff helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a little music around the communal areas plus we sat reading and at 9 o’clock sharp the candles were all snuffed out!! Breakfast was lovely ."

"On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park.
