This is one of the cutest places to stay. The interior design was beautiful and place is much bigger than the posted pictures. Immaculately clean. It's right in the heart of HVAR and steps from the ferry. Loved the hot water kettle and the outdoor seating of small table and chairs. Walkable to all the sites and restaurants. Easy to meet the boat trip start points. Host was so lovely and responded immediately to requests. I would definitely stay here again! Due to how central it is, can get noisy at night with revelers!

Amazing location in a must see city.
We had a fantastic stay within the old city. Our plane was delayed but Ana was happy to meet us at 1 am to show us our room. The location was great, as was the room itself.

Everything about the apartment was lovely and having the host in the building made all aspects of communication very easy. We will love to return to Dubrovnik and we wouldn’t hesitate booking House Tereza again. The only thing for guests is to be aware payment is cash only. Hotels.com did not make me aware of this at all. In fact on the booking it stated I had paid in full by credit card. The result was I had to use atm’s to obtain the full amount in cash which cost me over 90 Euro’s in charges due to the dreadful rate given. (1 to 1 - Pound to Euro - parity) The only disappointment, but a costly one.

Wonderful apartment with a great location in Old Town. Near the Pila Gate and everything we wanted to see and do. Our host was friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot in Old Town Dubrovnik!
We had a great stay at House Tereza! The apartment is perfectly located in Old Town surrounded by some great bars and restaurants and very close to the main street, but removed from most of the noise. Diana was lovely and gave us some great recommendations! We would certainly stay again.

House Tereza was wonderful. Our apartment was way bigger than what we were expecting, especially as compared to the other rooms we had rented in Croatia. Everything was in excellent condition, and very comfortable. Location is great. The side streets in the old town area are very steep, and this is located a short block off the main street, but low down before the street gets very steep. Very good location. Negative is that it is a bit loud with people in the streets below overnight, but it didn't bother us much and I'm sure that's an issue in most of the area unless you are way up the hill, which I don't think is a good trade off. The hostess was phenomenal, allowed us to store our bags hours before check in and got us in as quickly as she could. She was super responsive, gave us great recommendations on places to eat and was just wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Great stay
Had a great stay here at House Tereza. Contacted the host as soon as i arirved at the front door, there i was then greeted and show to my room. Host was great and give me a ton of information on places to visit/eat etc. The apartment is really spacious, seeing as i was a solo traveller but even if you were a couple, there still be plenty of room. Place was clean, amenities plentiful and location superb. Literally, steps away from dozens of restaurants and bars and just 1 minute walk from the main street of Old Town and stone throw away from the main sites

The apartment is huge, perfect for even a longer stay. The location is good, you are right in the middle of Old Town. The only negative is the restaurant(s) right under the window, not for light sleepers. I’d stay again. Thanks!

Great Stay in Dubrovnik
I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but we so enjoyed our stay at House Tereza that I wanted to share our experience with others. The house is located very centrally in the city, close to lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The room was one of the largest I've seen in Europe with amenities we didn't see elsewhere on our 6 weeks of travel in Europe, including a large bathroom shower, in-unit iron and ironing board, and full (strong) air-conditioning. Be prepared for the stairs that lead to the house. This is common throughout Dubrovnik and basically unavoidable. It wasn't a problem for us, but good to be mentally prepared especially if you are arriving on a hot day. Diana was kind enough to help us with our luggage once we got to the house. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Love, Love, Love this Place!
Can't beat the location of this updated apartment in the heart of Old Town. The owners also offer pick-up and drop-off at the airport (for a fee), making it much more personal. They provided excellent information upon our arrival which made us able to plan our stay easier. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

A nice place to be in the middle of it all!
Spacious room in great location inside the castle walls. Older but charming and noisy at night. Joseph helped us with the luggage which was much appreciated with all the steep stairs around. Would stay there again.

Our room was awesome: very clean, and had every amenity we needed. Very well located within Old Town Dubrovnik. Beyond this, the owners went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable and memorable, including arranging for an awesome driver to take us on a side trip. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to Dubrovnik, and highly recommend it to others.

Great Location
Great Location near centre and by Bars and Restaurants uo about 20 steps. Comfortable Flat with small kitchen. A few things didnt work which need gixing but overall a Goid stay.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN DUBROVNIK!!!
Excellent place to stay in Dubrovnik! The Price per night very fair according to the great location. Excellent ubication, just one block away from main Street. The owner Diana Belan received us and gave us all the explanations, welcome sweets and wáter, really kind and helpful! The room very comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom. We spent three nights only, but definitely when we go back to Dubrovnik, we will choose House Tereza! Congratulations!!!

Hübsche Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt
Mittendrin in der Altstadt von Dubrovnik, sauber und hübsch eingerichtet - das sind die Appartements vom Haus Tereza. Nur wenige Schritte von all den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Ich hatte tolle Tage und komme gerne wieder! Menschen, die schlecht zu Fuß oder lärmempfindlich sind, sollten jedoch lieber außerhalb der Altstadt suchen: Keine Autos erlaubt, dafür viele Treppen in der Altstadt und recht lange Betrieb vor den zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars. Die Fenster schließen aber ganz gut und halten den meisten Lärm draußen.

wonderful
the apartment was very well situated to enjoy the city centre of the old town of dubrovnik. clean, comfortable and everything that was needed. the bed and towels were changed mid week. lots of info to hand and Diana & Ana proved to be helpful hosts. I asked for a birthday cake etc as it was my husbands birthday - what greated us was pure decadence. Our stay could not have been better.

Took our booking for immediate arrival and looked after us while room was being prepared - after we had been let down by original provider. This apartment was in a perfect location right in the middle of the old town. The rooms were spotless and there was everything you might need - kettle, iron, hose dryer, shampoos etc. Our plane was delayed but Ana was there to let us in at nearly midnight. Overall a great stay!

LOVE IT!
House Tereza is located right in the middle of Old Town. When we walked in, it was such a pleasant surprise. The house is kept clean, tidy and newly renovated with all the modern amenities. Our host was absolutely sweetest and friendliest! 100% recommend!

너무 좋은 위치였어요!!!
구시가에 있어서 모든 곳에서 가까운 점이 제일 좋았고, 호스트도 너무나 친절했습니다. 다만 침대가 조금 불편했고, 중심가이다보니 늦은 시간까지 조금 시끄럽습니다. 하지만 여행객입장에선 꽤 만족스러운 곳이었습니다 ^^

Hubo problemas al reservar, cuando llegué al Hotel, ya no había disponibilidad, hubo un over-booking, sinceramente no sé si fue culpa de Expedia o de House Tereza. Pero la dueña Ana! se portó increíble, me consiguió otra habitación en otro depa, por el mismo precio y me llevó hasta allá y eso estuvo muy bien de su parte. Me hubiera encantado hospedarme con ellos.

House Tereza har en fin plassering sentralt i gamlebyen i Dubrovnik, store fine rene rom. Selv om det var mye lyd i gatene rett utfor rommet så merket vi lite av det pga gode isolerte rom.

ドゥブロヴニクで2泊しました。アパートの最上階に住んでいるスタッフが迎えてくれて、部屋の案内や街の案内を詳しくしてくれました。部屋は目抜通りから一本上の筋をドア２つ上がったところにあります。荷物が多くて困っていた私達を手伝ってくれました。ドゥブロヴニクの旧市街に宿泊する時は荷物は少なめにするべきです。部屋はインテリアも素敵で清潔でした。シャワーが夜中お湯が出なくなったのが少し困りました。つぎもドゥブロヴニクに行く時は宿泊したいです。 We stayed for 2 days in Dubrovnik. The staff living on the top floor of the apartment welcomed me and gave me detailed information on the room and the city. The room is in the place where one door above the door has been raised by two doors. They helped us with troubled luggages. When you stay in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, you should make less baggage. The interior of the room was nice and clean. It was a little troubled that the hot water did not come out in the shower during the night. When I go to Dubrovnik, I also want to stay.

Perfect location
Perfect location to explore the old town. It is a private apartment with a couple of rooms and you have to arrange with the owner to meet at a specific time to get the keys. We did not have time to get a local sim card and therefore had to ask a store owner next door to call the owner and had to wait at the door for half an hour for her to arrive. Room is clean and comfortable.

Perfect apartment in heart of the old town
Apartment was spotlessly clean and tide. Hostess was very warm and friendly and provided very useful information in the local area, map etc. Apartment was right in the heart of the city - perfect location to see the sights. Lovely stay, would recommend to anyone

Comfortable room in a great location!
House Tereza is a lovely place located right in old town Dubrovnik. You couldn't ask for a better location as far as a home base for exploring old town! I stayed in the Ana room, and it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was updated and had a really nice shower. It's located right above a "restaurant row" so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs in case you go to bed while people are still eating. Personally I loved falling asleep to the sounds of people having a nice time! The owner, Ana, speaks English and was so very helpful. When i checked in she showed me maps of the city and had a lot of brochures in case I needed advice. I was also able to text her when I had a question on where to find a taxi, etc. Highly recommend and if I'm ever lucky enough to go back to Dubrovnik, I'll stay here again!

立地が非常によかったです！お部屋もきれいでおしゃれでした。シャワーでバスマットが毎度べちょべちょになるのがつらかったです…

Very nice Apartment
This apartment in the middle of old town. Can find easily and accessible anywhere. Room is comfortable and clean. Host is very kind. We could get useful information about the town. I highly recommend this Apartment .

Centralt placeret. Ren, rummelig og veludstyret
Dubrovnik er en enestående perle. Tereza er centralt placeret og en ren, rummelig og veludstyret lille lejlighed. Vil anbefale at kontakte værten med henblik på ankomsttid, så man undgår bekymringer og ventetid indtil værten dukker op. Beliggenhed og lokalområdet er ikke for gangbesværede. Skynd jer at besøge denne fantastiske by før den drukner i turister.
