We like the customer service. Only turn off was the hotel room aircon was too dusty. You can see it from a view as well. And our room was close to a garbage room and smell was terrible. I did mention that to front desk and they placed a humidifier to make the smell better. But it was done only for 1 day. And the rest of the days we have to endure the smell.

Great location downtown with Dubai Mall and the Burj within 15 mins walk. Our room was fantastic with an incredible view of the Burj. Very happy with our stay the only downside was the area was quite loud at night with cars revving and horns blaring constantly as well as building work next door. Overall a great stay :)

The location was the perfect. Very close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. I got good deal through Expedia. It was very pleasant to stay here. Very clean place, room service was very good. Afaq at reception was very welcoming person.

Great location close to Dubai shopping mall and Burj Khalifa. We have booked a family room, which room is spacious and clean. However the bath room is a bit old and needs renovation. The cabinets are smelly. The swimming pool is simply amazing at night. You can see Burj Khalifa. Many thanks to Bilal and Nor for arranging our taxi and collecting our suitcases.

Hotel war gut, teilweise war das Personal gut, manche waren jedoch unqualifiziert. Kellner Poolbar, Kellner vom Restaurant. (Kellner im Restaurant nahm am Vorabend unsere Bestellung für das Frühstück am Zimmer auf (Restaurant war wegen Umbau geschlossen) und am nächsten Tag war keine Bestellung vorhanden).

Un séjour de deux semaines inoubliable dans cet hôtel magique. Tout était parfait : L’ EMPLACEMENT, à quelques pas d’une petite supérette bien pratique à des prix abordables, à quelques pas du burj et des fontaines,une vue à couper le souffle avec un panorama exceptionnel et une piscine magique L’HÔTEL, très propre et très soigné, le luxe en toute simplicité ; l’impression d’être comme à la maison. LE RESTAURANT, merci à Alaa pour sa cuisine et son accueil LE PERSONNEL, extraordinaire, toujours à l’écoute discret et très efficace, tout le personnel est à remercier, du valet de chambre ( merci à Francis et à ses collègues), au SPA ( merci à Nadia pour sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils) et jusqu’à l’équipe de direction ( merci à Peter pour l’ensemble de ses interventions) Nous reviendrons c’est sûr mais uniquement au DAMAC

Having transferred from Radisson Blu, this felt like a serious downgrade. Property is OK with good views. But lacks a soul. Lack of a restaurant was a huge disappointment. They are however very helpful with transport and taxis and this was a huge help.

Good: lots of things. Damac Distinction is walking distance to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. Like, under 10 minutes walkable. If that’s the area you want to be, it’s really one of the best apartment style hotels. It’s pretty fair priced (although Dubai hotels and apartment rentals are generally not bad). There is a 24hr grocery store within 5 minutes of a walk. Ubers and taxis are always right there. Just a great spot. Hotel is also 15-20 minutes from the airport. It was fairly clean and the staff did their best. They were pretty sharp and offering to print out my Covid test results ahead of flights. Cons: Building itself is pretty standard. One restaurant downstairs and a small lobby. There is an average gym and spa that I tried to take advantage but it’s ok. There is construction all around and it’s off a major road but it’s not too loud. Nothing too pretty in the immediate block surrounding other than a cute park (good if you have kids). Overall I recommend it. If you’re trying to spending less than $300/night and need an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen I’d say this is a good choice.

The only good thing about this property is location, everything else was horrible. Nothing works in the room, sockets don’t work. Washer dryer machine doesn’t work and when they finally switched it out it the clothes still come out dirty and smelly. The tv is messed up the volume turns on 100 automatically then down to 0 automatically. Towels were old poor condition. Beds were uncomfortable, ac didn’t work properly. The room smelled like mold, I will never stay here keep your money stay somewhere else.

Superbe établissement
Excellent séjour avec un personnel disponible et aux petits soins. Établissement globalement propre. Espace réception juste un peu petit et on peut rapidement manquer de siège pour se poser ou attendre dans le salon d’accueil mais c’est vraiment un petit détail! On n’a malheureusement pas pu utiliser la piscine l’eau était trop froide. Au final excellent établissement d’une propreté irréprochable avec un personnel disponible et bienveillant, de très bon conseil malgré quelque quiproquo du fait qu’on ne parlait pas anglais 😂 Je conseille vivement! Demander une chambre avec vue sur le Burj Khalifa, accessible a 20 min à pied!

Fantastisk beliggenhed i forhold til downtown Dubai. Hotellet tilbyder direkte udsigt til Burj Khalifa, hvilket gør opholdet endnu bedre.

O local é de fácil acesso. Adoramos o atendimento, recepcionistas e concierges super receptivos. Conseguimos realizar o Check-in mais cedo do que o combinado. Sem burocracias na hora do check-out. Foi uma ótima estadia.

5* : Kommunkation und Hilfsbereitschaft, alle geben sich Mühe (Zimmer wurde gewechselt, da das Zimmer keine Aussicht auf den Burj Khalfa hatte) 2* : Frühstück : schrecklich ! Pilze, trockene Würstchen, jeden Tag gleiche Bohnen, ein Toaster fürs ganze Hotel, Kaffe verdünnt, immer dasselbe, jeden Tag... kaum ein 2* Hotel wert 3* Zimmer: zwar tolle Aussicht, aber Austattung mit 4 Gläser, Besteck, Stühle etc für 5 Personen. (wir hätten zwar sicher bei Nachfrage das Glas und den Stuhle sofort erhalten, aber dies ist nicht der Standard eines 5* Hotel. 3* veraltetet Fliesen, Fugen der Fliesen bröckeln ab, Türrahmen angeschlagen, Türen schliessen nicht, etc. generell die Austattung eines 3* Hotels Habe in 5* Hotels verweilt, diese Hotel verdient bestimmt nicht seine 5*

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is great (at 10 minute walk from the Dubai Mall) and the room had a lovely view. The room was very spacious with 3 bathrooms and a nice open kitchen. Service was really good, everybody was really helpful and respectful, in particular Amr, who helped us a lot with organizing trips and activities! Would definitely recommend!
