bed is soft and comfy. location is very good being in al rigga street-which have a lot of shopping and food options. its also beside caribou coffee shop which is 24 hours open. check in and out were easy. the doorman called us a taxi for the airport. so it was a good short stay.

Decent property in a good location. I have stayed in 3 different rooms and some were in a bad section of the building with noise or no views. But if you manage to get one on the better section of the building its really good.

The staff were nice & professional but unfortunately the room was unsatisfactory. Even for a smoking room the smell of past cigarettes was still too much at times & made it smell as well as look dated.
If you're a smoker & want a hotel near the metro station this is good budget option, otherwise look elsewhere.

An Ibis is an Ibis. You know what you're going to get. I thought the room at this one was a bit larger than other Ibis hotels. I like the area, it's lively and interesting, also relatively close to the airport. Many 24 hour supermarkets.
Al Ghurair Mall is a short walk and has many coffee and eating options. The gym is ok, could be improved with heavier weights.

Everything was wonderful and everyone in the staff were super responsive and went above and beyond to make may stay a perfect one. Location super close to Metro Red line about 5 minutes walk ... This station takes you everywhere around Dubai. Crowded but save area ... Restaurants and super markets around. Will definitely stay here again and recomend it to friends and family

The room was smaller then expected. Also there is no plug near the bed. They don't have an extending cord. Also your not aloud to warm up food from outside in their hotel. There are a lot of men staying in this hotel as a woman. It can make you feel uncomfortable. I called twice to the reception and no one picked up or even called back. Overal the stay was okay the bed was nice and the shower is also very small.

3rd time to Dubai and if you prefer the Deira area then the Ibis al Rigga is the place. I suffered everywhere else.
Good vibe in the area, center of what I like and 3 minutes from the subway.

Also they made wait 6 hours to checking on the first date
