Plateau et vaisselle pas placés ensemble donc on cherche les plateaux posés dans une étagère à ras du sol : on cherche et moyen niveau hygiène Pas de place pour pour poser le plateau sur le plan de service le temps par exemple de se couper un bout de pain 2 bouilloires électriques (type bouilloire domestique grand volume) vides toutes les 2 à mon passage "
