"My expectations were exceeded in every area except for the breakfast. Room & Facilities were clean and well maintained stuff, friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond. The view from my room was spectacular & made a difference to my hotel experience. Would definitely stay here again. Assuming standards are maintained. I will definitely recommend."

"First off the service was A ...10 out of 10. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, food was very good too! That said we got the feeling that the property is having financial difficulties. When we walked further back into the property, there were several cottages that were completely run down, needed repairs, weeds growing everywhere, really an eye-sore. Please note that our cottage was beautiful! And for each of the 3 days we were there, there was only one or two other couples all day long...

"This is our 2nd stay at Timothy Beach and ut was better than last year. The beach is very accessible and we snorkeled right there and ot was the best. My only complaint is the mattress and pillows are awful. But hey, we didnt go there to sleep."

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "
