"we stayed for 2 nights, it was wonderful! the staff was very helpful and fast, our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did self parking which was a little bit of a walk but nothing crazy. The elevator situation can be vexing sometimes, just very busy with so many people going all different ways, but nothing severe! Overall an amazing hotel, will definitely consider the next time I return to Niagara Falls!"

"The property itself is quite dated compared to the photos available. The staff however were great in resolving a room issue and for this reason alone I would consider a second stay. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Niagara fall and 25 minutes from Niagara on the lake. It’s a great place to base yourself for both those activities. "

"Unfortunately we didn't stay at tower Hotel we we're transferred to the Embassy Hotel which was good but we're really looking forward to staying at the tower.. maybe next time if the prices are right ( like last booking) but the staff was great and what they offered only the we were at a lower level "
