"Check in was smooth. Was impress by the hotel lobby. Went to the assigned room and was very impress with it. The room design was similar to Pullman Kuching. Everything fromthe bed, toilet and amenities was good. Overall I was happy and very satisfied with my stay at Pullman Miri. Looking forward to return here again."

"Not the first time, i think this was my 4th time staying at this hotel. I like the hotel because its a new hotel, everything is still new and the breakfast buffet is good also. The parking is a different experience but the downside is that the parking is not free even for in house guest"

"Very good experience. Me and my wife enjoyed staying here. Room layout is very nice and big. Sofa, Study tables, hairdryer, vault, water glass were provided. Big window with good view. Staff were very kind and helpful. Will come back again."

"The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean except for poor water pressure and not having hot water in the shower marred our stay esp after a long day out looking forward to a nice warm shower instead, we have a trickling shower and cold water. Requested maintenance to rectified it the next day - it was not fixed when we came back and a helpful technician came and managed to fixed the water pressure and the temperature of the water."

"Bersih but bagi customer bawa sendiri sabun syampoo and toiletries. Tidak dibekalkan. Hati-hati ketika masuk or keluar lift kerana lift mudah Tertutup dengan cepat dan kena alert dgn button. "A lovely big room on the top floor, overlooking the city. Plenty of windows for maximum light and a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff were all lovely and the handyman was very helpful and friendly. Located within easy walking distance of great eateries, shopping malls and the waterfront. "

"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. "

"The hotel is located on the main strip of Kuala Belait town so easy access to shops and eateries nearby. Very friendly staff. Check-in was quick. Stayed in Room 208 which accommodated three of us. Room was of an adequate size. View from the room was of the building next door. Quiet and clean. Housekeeping were quick in dealing with request for an extra set of towels. Bathroom was clean.
