Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with all the amenities, and even the laundry soap with the washer / dryer! Great grocery store nearby and lots of great dining options. "Always have a great stay at this property. A little older property but well maintained and recently updated. On site steakhouse is excellent. Streetcar line steps from the door making getting around very easy. We do not use much of the on site amenities but location is awesome. Many other excellent restaurants nearby or a streetcar ride away. "

"Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked"

"The island is great, the location of the hotel also. There view is stunning! There are a lot of accommodations outside (pic bic table, 4 or 5 BBQ, a shower outside, a kitchen counter, you can really cook outside). In the room, It was clean but a little sticky. A full cleanup with TSP would correct that. The Owner is great! He loves the area, he provides great recommendations. We followed all his recommendations and we have great memories. "
