"The staff and the facilities at the LaLiT made our stay an extremely pleasant experience. The hotel rooms were spacious and the balcony and the jacuzzi was a lovely touch. The pool area, gym & games room were all well equipped and staffed. The spa did some great treatments and the restaurant was had a range of options. "Approach road very narrow and 11 Kms from Main road. No WiFi at hotel. Mobile connectivity not there. Walkie Talkie is provided for communication with staff. Safety is a major concern. No senior staff was there throughout our stay. Service is very good,which is one of the few plus points."

"Excellent Excellent! Great locations. Suites are very big with wonderful layout and setup. Hearing sound of wsves from beach while sitting in balcony is veru relaxing. Staff was very friendly , pleasant and eent above snd beyond. I will certainly stay there again."

"The property is lovely and quiet and safe. The staff was very homely. We had a 2 years baby with us, and they served us hot milk and water till late night.. loved the aura of the place.. highly recommended it. Also, every touristy place is max 30 mins away."

"The Food served was horrible and over priced, the cook knows nothing of cooking, we had ordered for Chicken 65 for snacks, we were served just fried stale chicken.The normal Egg Bhurjee was served with curry leaves, which is really unheard of.I had pointed the same to the Manager Mr Shah. The cooks should be changed urgently."

"Out start at Club Mahindra Madikeri was good. Housekeeping was prompt if you called in them for anything. However in the 2 night stay our room was never cleaned once. Food was average. Breakfast was the best of the meals. All precaution regarding masks, physical distancing, sanitization etc were taken. "
