"Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. A shuttle into town and back to the hotel was great as its quite a treacherous dangerous walk to town. But the luxury Mercedes van goes back and forth on the hour up to 10pm. "Wunderbares Hotel zum relaxen und geniessen. Wir hatten ein De Luxe Zimmer mit enorm viel Platz, ruhig zum Pool im Innenhof gelegen. Das Bett ist extrem gut und groß. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet un viel Platz. Der Empfang und das Personal sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich gleich willkommen und wohl. Das Frühstück ist in Büffetform und bietet für jeden etwas. "You could catch the. Bus to the city center right outside the hotel for 2 euros each round trip but it’s not close to anything else. But the staff was very friendly and the food in the bar area was good ! "

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the decor throughout. Clean rooms, the bathroom was awesome in our room. The room we had was second floor and was oceanview with balcony, beautiful. We kept doors open at night for fresh air, very noisy with traffic but the sound of waves was lovely. There on a Friday Saturday night so it's to be accepted and sleeping with earplugs makes it okay. Bed was comfortable. Awesome breakfast! I'd stay again if ever in the area again....

"As others have said, the views are sensational, probably the best in Taormina, pool area is beautiful too. Location is great and the stairs are good for keeping fit but not a great location if you have mobility problems. We are used to older dated traditional Italian hotels and prefer them to more modern properties but this one is definitely going to need some updating asap..namely bathrooms and plumbing! "All of the staff were wonderful. The front desk went out of their way to help my boyfriend and I make last minute dining reservations the night of and helped accommodate us with everything we needed. The morning staff, Andrew and Graziana, were very attentive to our needs and extremely friendly. They have a lovely aperitivo set up on their terrace that my boyfriend and I loved, and on Friday night there was a bartender up there who helped us with picking out the most delicious bottle of wine...
