"Lovely stay for a weekend, can imagine in the Summer how enjoyable it must be. Lots of animals to feed, check-in basket is super cute, attention to detail leaving us easter eggs (we went on Easter) in the property and by the hen eggs too! Can’t wait to return this time with friends and their kids."

"We tend to use flats when we go away as a family with 3 children 1, 4 and 6. Really clean property. Thoughtful extras dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, milk, wine, orange juice. Property had a bit of minor, understandable, wear and tear. Excellent communication from the hosts/owner. Fantastic central Windsor location, literally a few steps from the castle and the river. Great for little legs. Ample bedding, pillows, towels. "Fabulous location and apartment. We were staying for a visit to Lapland and visited the castle and Local sights. Great restaurants in walking distance. My only suggestion is the apartment needs some decoration and freshening up, new bedding (duvets/pillows/mattress) protectors. The walls & carpets are very marked. But the apartment on the whole is very clean."

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Very nice flat that is clean and spacious. Only issue is counter next to sink traps water in a pool that soaks everything on it. Room could also use a coffee maker. You also get to use the gym/pool next door and get a discount at the cafe there!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Diana! It was great to have a whole apartment to ourselves. We could relax after walking around Windsor. It was a great price and we loved Windsor. There are several amazing restaurants close by. "

We received 2 emails with access codes on, I thought they were the same & that we hadn’t received the code for the carpark so contacted an out of hours number & the service was fantastic, sorted it within a couple of minutes. "Really decent for what it was. It's super close to and in the middle of the city center for Reading so it was a lot easier to get places because it's also close to the freeways. There's a polish market right next door and bank which made it super easy to get stuff in a pinch. I wish the network was better because it was super laggy. The place was alright it was like a 90s blast from the past three big old tv that you can't stream to and the furniture but I mean for the price it was great to...

Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds. The mattresses were as hard as a rock and pillows were poor quality"

"Other than the rude guests that started making food or doing laundry at midnight, it was pretty good. Our room went through the living room and kitchen. And the other guests would come to use the areas late at night and start making noise which was quite loud for us considering our room was attached with the living room. The property itself is actually quite good. "
