"Marriot is one of my top favourite hotels in the Deadsea, the facilities, dining options and quality of the space are amazing. Yet, I have faced a big inconvenience, as they gave me a family room (which has a connected room) instead of a regular room, which honestly has zero privacy as you have a door to door room and you can literally hear everything from the other room. "The hotel is very good the room is clean and its location is excellent , but i called room service to turn on the air conditioner because it was not working in the room and it was very hot in the room. I was informed that the problem would be solved and someone would be sent to fix it, but no was sent. I called room service several times without result."
