"The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. "

"Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed."

"Very clean and super communicative. Very easy and friendly check in and staff. Great location very walkable. Elevators were very slow and seemed to be always under some kind of maintenance. "

"Good area, nice place. It was a 1 bedroom unit on the 16th floor, owned by Kasa in a building with other units owned by other entities. Reasonable price. Building key cards failed after one day but we were given a code to use instead. The key card is also necessary for the elevator but we got by with other people using the elevator. Nice that they left some dish soap and a new sponge and a few doses of soap for the dishwasher and clothes washer, plenty of TP and paper towels. Enough towels but...

"Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. "Nice property but, the elevators being out and the building layout are not great. It’s hard to find the stairs and only one elevator works…. That’s a problem The apartment was comfortable and large. Location was pretty good, QUIET and that’s a whole two stars. "

"I was amazed at how easy it was to check in virtually. The staff communicated with me via text the entire stay. I had two guests for four hours and got charged $35 each for parking, which I thought was a little unfair. If they had spent the night, I would have gotten it. "

"If you are looking for a simple, no frills place to stay that is clean and comfortable, this place fits the bill. Bed was comfy, shower was great, bathroom was small but clean. No carpet in the room but the floors were clean. Our room actually had a small kitchen! Only downside is the elevator had a funky smell and hallway on the second floor smelled like spices. Otherwise the stay was great."

"Amazing hotel , the blackout curtains made me get my rest, they truly block out any light. Small unique and comfy hotel. We left the hotel just talking about how amazing that stay was. We love that 6th street was one minute walk. We will come and stay when we drop off our daughter again at college in August. "
