The most frustrating part of this experience is the shuttle “service”. You have to fight to get through to the front desk, you get put on hold, then the system disconnects you. So you call back again and hope the system doesn’t disconnect you again. When the shuttle finally comes (40 minutes later for us), it circles around the terminals multiple times picking up more people until the shuttle is full. Then it drives to the 10 hotels it services - we got extremely lucky, ours was the first. It only took an hour to traverse 2 miles. The front desk staff was nice, giving us tips on how to sign up for shuttle to get back to airport. No complaints on our front desk person - she was friendly, helpful. The room was clean and had all the essentials. Looks to be a newer hotel or recently refurbished. It’s strangely dim though. The bathroom is bright and fine, the main room has two bedside lights that aren’t very bright and one LED wall light that isn’t very bright. So at the desk, it’s like you’ve been spawned into the dark ages. I was waiting for King Arthur and his Knights to appear and have me pull a sword from a stone or something. The TV is there, so maybe the TV is considered a light? Maybe if they’re broadcasting pictures of the sun. If they cleaned up the shuttle service (I.e. made it an actual service vs a torture test of patience) and installed some better lighting, this would have merited 4 stars, 5 considering the price. But the shuttle kills your spirit.

It was an OK stay. It's LaQuinta so nothing special. The usual breakfast you find at a hotel of this type. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The toilet had an all night trickle that was annoying. Only one light in the bed area. Too dim. Will not stay again.

It took forever to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It was late and I was tired and anxious to get to bed. There were only two lights in the room and one didn’t work, so it was hard to see what I was doing at night.

The main elevator in the hotel does not work, and this was never communicated prior to booking. The lighting in the hallways makes for a very unsafe environment. The breakfast was marginal at best with very little options. The hotel was clean, but in need of some updates.

Very easy access by car from the airport. Check in was fast and the room was spacious and clean. Light fixtures were buzzing a bit but that was fixable. Lovely courtyard and pool access.

Booked into La Quinta after a long flight. The shuttle bus was very easy to find and the hotel sent us a message where to find it also. The rooms were large, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Shower was nice and hot and with good water pressure.Room temperature good with the air con. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it outside on the patio. Lovely gardens. Efficient shuttle back to airport next day for our hire car. A little noisy from air traffic but to be expected at a hotel so close to the airport. I would stay here again.

Positives…. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Negatives… Lady at front desk who checked us in was not very helpful. Booked us in a 3rd floor room, one elevator out of order, other elevator making horrible noises. Didn’t feel the elevator was safe to use so had to climb 3 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Bathtub stopper didn’t stay down so couldn’t fill the bathtub. Lady at front desk directed us to a Whataburger that is 5 MILES AWAY (@9pm) from the hotel and she knew we were ON FOOT (dropped off there by hotel shuttle). Had to order from DoorDash instead. Her son that took over after she left was much more helpful.
