"The hotel has good security and was walking distance into the historic area of Cusco The rooms were large and the beds comfortable although I did find mine cold at night. Staff were very helpful and friendly which is always a good thing when travelling to a country where there is a language barrier."

"We loved staying at Casona La Recoleta! We were traveling with 4 children, and this hotel was perfect. There was a loft with beds for the kids and a second bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with food every morning, which was super convenient and good. We would have stayed here the entire week, but they were booked the second half of our stay. "Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . Si no fue que expedía nos da la opción de pagar en el lugar hubiéramos pagado dos veces . Tenga cuidado antes de hacer una reservación con este lugar en específico."

"Kori Gems had a very unique, Peruvian feel to it. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We had so many questions and requests for assistance, and they answered everything with a friendly smile. "A recepção não funciona 24h mas toda a equipe é muito atenciosa e eficaz, me ajudaram mto e foram solícitos em todos os dias da hospedagem. O café da manhã é simples porém muito gostoso. São poucas mesas para o café da manhã, então é melhor se organizar com o horário especificamente se estiver frio ou chovendo pois as mesas são externas. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, água forte e bem quentinha no chuveiro e na torneira. Roupa de cama quentinha e localização muito boa."

"This was a nice little hotel on a small street near the old part of downtown Cusco. A family runs the hotel and were very friendly and accomodating to us during our stay. "The room and bed is confortable but really cold, with no heater. The bedding is really confortable and keep your warm during the night though. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but good. The gardens are really pretty!"
