I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! Thank you, India!

Pratique et convivial

La chambre correspond à la photo. La vue donne sur la ruelle, c'est pas des plus glamour. La moquette de la chambre aurait besoin d'un bon shampoing ou d'être tout simplement changée. Le personnel est très serviable et s’emploie à répondre à vos demandes. Bon séjour.

Tiene una gran ubicación en Courchevel 1850, 3 ski lift a 10 minutos caminando así como 1 estacionamiento techado. El personal es amable, pero nada especial. Los cuartos son amplios, aunque la decoración un poco improvisada. Ofrecen desayuno (pan y jamones).

This hotel is very good value considering the excellent location. The rooms are small but very nicely modernised and well presented. The breakfast is good and the general level of service is excellent. The entrance and the public areas need a bit of work and the whole place is closed between 12 and 4pm which can be annoying. But if you want a good budget hotel in Courchevel, I have stayed in several and this is the best.

Great location WLking distance to all amenities and ski lift. Good Value considering location. Very basic room . Should have opt for the superior room as shown on the site. Very tiny boutique hotel. Breakfast buffet complete . Staff pleasant and welcoming.

Very small 2 star hotel with nice breakfast and outsourced dinner to a small bar/pizzaria. The dinner gets you a voucher @this place next door for 1 pasta or pizza, a drink and a dessert per person. food and location is absolutely fine. room was just OK, clean but with a floor that needs to be refurnished. Bed and bathroom were good. nice ski locker area in the cellar. nice staff also for 15€ close by underground parking. Very close to the ski lifts and slopes. Well it is Courchevel nowhere else I would pay 300USD/night for a 2* hotel :) in this case it is simply only the location which makes the price. dont expect any luxury, but everything just works out well.

Maybe avoid at end of season
Our trip was OK. The full board option was cancelled after our arrival (was via arrangement with local restaurants which all closed) so do consider carefully if you want that option. Eating in 1850 is expensive ☹️ The hotel was very much in closing down mode and the bar was closed 4/7 nights. Rooms were serviced daily but balconies weren’t clean. Breakfast good.

Close to skiing
This is an average hotel with the good fortune of being a short walk to skiing and restaurants in 1850. The three ladies that ran the hotel were excellent. Very Friendly and helpful. The room and hotel could use some maintenance. The stairwell - no elevator - is unheated, the ski locker is in the basement next door and in dire need of paint and updating, and the lock on the sliding door in the room didn't exist - it took five days and a jury rigged solution to "make" a lock. The convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff makes it possible to overlook the hotel's faults. A little investment could go a long way here.

Great value for 1850
Good little family run hotel and fantastic value for 1850 - we had the option of double rooms at this hotel for £1480 or two others for £44,000/£55,000 for the week). Batttered general areasand grim entrance that offers little encouragement but rooms newly renovated and bright with nice shower room. Great beds - and you don't say that often in ski resorts! If offered half board take it and chose to eat at Neuf Neuf - really great little restaurant just round the corner - forget other options!

O hotel é simples porém possui o necessário para passar alguns dias esquinado. Os funcionários do hotel são cordiais, o wifi funciona bem e o café da manhã também é bom! A localização do hotel é muito boa, tem um mercado na frente e bons restaurantes. Na altura de 1850 é a melhor estadia!

Sandy and Joanna are amazing hosts
Let me start off by saying Joanna and especially Sandy always went above and beyond in helping me with anything that I needed. They were flexible and willing to work with me during all the difficult moments during that trip. Thank you so much! You made my stay here fantastic and your helping hand made me forget about all the other troubles I had to go thru. The location of the hotel is great! Close to the lifts, next door to a delicious Italian restaurant and close to the parking area. Remember that you will have to pay parking separately, $11 per night

O quarto era bem grande e confortável. Era bem espaçoso mesmo. Inclusive a cama era grande e o banheiro bem espaçoso. O quarto bem iluminado. Quando chegamos, demos de cara com uma cafeteira nespresso! O que achei super legal! Mas ficamos 3 noites e eles não repuseram as cápsulas. A limpeza também é bem razoável. O chuveiro era bem quente e ótimo. Mas havia um entupimento no ralo, que acabava alagando o espaço do chuveiro. O café da manhã era razoável. Mas pelo preço da diária, poderia ter sido melhor. A localização é muito boa. Bem central e próximo à estação de ônibus. Só tem que andar um pouco até o teleférico para esquiar.

Fabulous staff made our stay a real pleasure
The hotel is well located but can't claim 'curb appeal'. Forming part of a block in a main street it is convenient for just about everything; albeit potentially a little noisy in full season. There are no 'frills' but our second floor room was spotless, everything worked and we had all we needed. However, the staff team made our stay an absolute joy, were helpful when we arrived later than intended, always friendly and able to advise. Breakfast was relaxed with good choice and we even had a proper pot of tea. The secure car park across the road is also an asset and inexpensive. All in all, excellent value.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Porém muito simples. A recepção é um pub e o check-in é feito sobre a mesa de sinuca. Chega a ser engraçado. Pelo preço vale a pena se faz uma viagem com amigos homens. Com amigas ou esposa eu ficaria em outro lugar.

Kun 1 nøkkel (til dobbeltrom). Mye stress med ringing for å få tak i innelåst nøkkel i resepsjonen etter kl 2300. Kun 1 håndkle-bytte på 3 overnattinger. 1 dag var det tomt for mat til frokost ca kl 0930.Ingen kaffemaskin på vårt rom (106). Utsjekk 1000 og innsjekk fra 1700 er vel drøyt.Baren gikk fort tom for kaldt boksøl.Navnet var ukjent for taxisjåfør, de kjente det kun som "Olympic" og dete førte til mye mas.

All you need
The hotel and the rooms are very basic but, based on the company it keeps, more than adequate for a week skiing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The first floor has been renovated so those are the best rooms I would say. Only annoying thing is the shower only has a glass panel and no door and water splashes all over the floor. Unless you put towels down the floor would be swimming in water.

Friendly, comfortable hotel
Excellent location, reasonable price, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They all spoke good English. The bar is comfortable and relaxing, and there is a happy hour. The Breakfast was good. Everything you need for a good ski holiday!

Charming boutique ski hotel
The Hotel Olympique is a small boutique hotel serving a couple of dozen guests. It is run by a husband and wife team, Nico and Flor, who are very accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel at home. For a 2-star, the rooms are spacious with a nice mountain view. It is a 5 minute walk to the main lift at Courchevel 1850. The continental breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely return.

Cheap but central. You get what you pay for!
You get what you pay for! Cheap hotel, but right in the middle of Courchevel 1850. 5 minutes walk from La Croissette lift station. Room clean - but when I arrived the bed had not been made up Lots of hot water. Rooms at rear of hotel look out onto the back of another hotel - and dustcarts arrive around 05.00 each morning, Staff pleasant and helpful, with good English. But are rarely there on time to open up etc.otel a bit tatty. Essentially it is 2 floors of an apartment block, with reception area and bar on the ground floor.

Accueil très chaleureux, personnel charmant mais manisfestement pas assez nombreux. La chambre n'était pas correctement nettoyée à l'arrivée#cheveux sur la moquette# et le ménage n'a été fait qu'une fois sur 4 nuits dans les sanitaires, sans même un coup d'aspirateur! Même état dans l'escalier d'accès aux étages qui était sale. Pour la literie lit 140 et matelas trop mou. La chambre supérieure n'était pas forcément un bon choix car donnait sur rue, bruyant la nuit car proche de bars, mieux vaut donner sur l'arrière plus calme. Petit déjeuner copieux et ambiance familiale ont heureusement rendu ce séjour assez agréable . Cet hôtel pratique vraiment des prix trop élevé pour la prestation...mais Courchevel oblige !

Where not to stay in Courchevel
OK location OK rooms Barely passable breakfast Very nice people working there BUT, who ever heard of a hotel in a ski resort where you have to take your ski boots off to come inside the hotel??? And, you can not put your ski boots on in your room and walk down the stairs (no elevators)!!! You have to walk through the dirty floor halls and down the stairs in your socks and put your ski boots on at the front door. Boo.....

Very pleasantly surprised
We searched high and low for somewhere reasonable to stay for a long weekend within 2hrs of Geneva and this offered the best price we could find in a decent sized resort. My expectations were pretty low, especially considering the average prices in Courchevel, but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are basic, the hotel is pretty ugly, the clubs across the road are noisy at chucking out time and the telly in the room barely had a picture, but we came to ski/board, not watch TV! What we did get was a fairly comfortable bed, a good shower, a cracking breakfast each morning and a great hotel bar to wind down in with very friendly staff. Will be recommending to friends, but will try to get a room a bit further away from the noise at Les Caves next time!

Loistava sijainti hyvällä aamiaisella. Huoneet eivät todellakaan mitään luksusta ja oman huoneen sijainti roskiksien vieressä ei tuonut ainakaan lisämukavuuksia. Ok hotelli kuitenkin, kun matkan päätarkoituksena on laskettelu ja ulkoilu, ei hotellissa oleskelu! Plussaa ystävällisestä palvelusta.

hôtel bien situé, chambre propre, personnel disponible, petit bdéjeuner copieux. Le seul bémol est qu'on ait eu une chambre qui empestait le tabac froid alors qu'on avait demandé une chambre non-fumeur, et qui a gaché en partie le séjour.
