The building is falling apart, needs repairs, The first room that I got it smells like cigarettes so I request to change to a different room, Which they give me a better room, I think the property in general it’s old.

Justo porque sólo llegaba a dormir,valorë mucho que fuera un espacio bastante silencioso a pesar de estar sobre una calle transitada.
Justo por mis horarios nunca pudo llegar alguien de mantenimiento para arreglar la caja de seguridad.
No pude usar la piscina porque el agua estaba fría y había plumas y otro tipo de basura en el agua. Él jacuzzi estaba limpio y funcionaba bien.

I stayed 3 different weeks at your property. 209 was noisy (neighbors talking until 3 am). 107 was the best room, but the noise from upstairs was sometimes annoying. 244 was the worst room. Hot water was sporadic, the bathtub was not clean, it looks rundown.

me cobraron mas del contrato. 75 dlls de Tax. mas 100 dlls para deposito al momento de retirarme del hotel no me lo regresaron incluso fue cobrado de la tarjeta me comentaron que en 5 días me lo regresan? espero que a así sea. otro punto es que no me dieron recibo según ellos me lo daría expedia.
Although the place was clean and organized the picture advertised on the website didn't match the room which to be honest gave off the vibe of seedier things. The level of noise from the other patrons makes this hotel very unacceptable doors slamming people pacing the back and forth all night loud arguing police activity etc I did enjoy the duck that lives there though he's nice and the breakfast in the morning was food was quite edible Hot bagel sandwiches. Checking guy was nice and so was the staff just kind of an older motel that needs renovation and better soundproofing

The walls are so thin, I can hear the people on both sides of the wall talking late at night (one side until about 4 in the morning.)

Horrible . First night stuck on Fox News all night second night. Man banging on my window and door waking me and I had a child w me . The front desk would not answer in fact hung up on me or picked up and put on hold forever so I had to dial 911. No manager there to talk too

There were holes in the bedspread. Walls were patched in several places. Very old furniture that needs upgrading. The bathroom sink and shower had huge cracks in the tile but we did not end up using the shower because we had NO hot water! I looked but did not find any smoke detectors as well.

This was a pretty nice place to start at that was budget friendly. There were some tiny things here or there that needed updating, but overall, it was pretty good!

I found several cockroaches in my room this morning. It’s possible it was from the extensive rain but the room should be checked. Room 224

I stay somewhat often here and there. There are some rooms that are better than others, but if you have issues and address them they will do their best to fix it. My GF has fibromyalgia and I have slipped discs in my back so the stay wasn't needed but purely for the hot tub. It was closed for the night after being cleaned which is an absolute first for me. All good. The sensor on my TV was non responsive and they were quick to give me a new room and tested everything before leaving. Great price, free breakfast and great customer service. Last night's front desk worker deserve a raise, same with the morning guy who remembers me from previous stays and is always cordial.

Pretty good overall for Orange County visitors. It is a very tired property (like so many Travelodges) but a friendly welcome and comfortable lodgings. Breakfast is included, along with a very nice pool and hot tub. I would suggest good value for families and small business travelers to this area in greater LA. Very close to the OC airport.
