The hotel and no hot water the ac hardly worked we figured it would kick on after after a while but we just ended up falling to sleep in the morning we woke up to the room still kinda warm for the price we paid 256.75 100 deposit 10 parking .And I was looking for a 5 star hotel for me and my wife you gave me this hotel .no I didn’t enjoy it the front desk told us we will receive a 20 percent back for our inconvenience discount plus my deposit back but still waiting .

Limited parking on the premises and you have to pay. Guests are told of you loose your spot their is additional parking down a block at a church. This is because they now allow public parking and whole back end is under construction. No hot water 2 days now. Hot tub lime green today with ton of kids in it. Sand at the bottom 2 days now. Buffet was terrible but was complimentary today only. I've come here for years and has never been this bad. Very sad to see the decline.

Property was good for the price. I wish they had the bar opened a little more time. The AC was not working at its full potential maybe bc of the humidity? Bring a fan. We did let front desk know about both the AC and TV not working properly and they sent the maintenance guy promptly. My husband raved about the elevator, lol. He loved how fast it was.
For a long time always thought this hotel was the top of the line hotel. What a disappointment I got. This is one of the worst hotels I ever stay really. The hotel is like a cave. Stay another hotel you will not regret.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was overall alright. The hotel needs some remodeling and the beds should be a queen for more comfort. The beach however, was right there!

The view was Awesome. We really liked it. The Matress is in need of replacing. Breakfast not worth the $10 if cost but there are options other than in hotel. Hot water scald protection turned up too high. Luke warm at best in the shower. Sink was fine. The mattress will keep me from booking again till they do a remodel most likely.

There is no free parking despite what is stated on the website. They are going through a lot of renovations so there is construction happening all over. I was just disappointed overall in the property.

Like that we were able to fish behind the hotel without a problem. Did not like overcrowded swimming pool full of kids and the water was cold.

The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel its self is old and dirry. Was a given a room I didnt book. Front desk was no help at all. Couldn't even get wifi.

Pool area infested with roaches. Killed two in my room. Have to pay for parking and breakfast. Overall not a great experience. Between the parking hotel fee and deposit I dropped 270 to be there and after killing the roaches in my room decided to just drive 2 1/2 hours home and not continue my stay.

The smell in the hallway was horrendous! Smelled like a las vegas casino combined with an old bowling alley! The bathroom walls and floors were seapareted from each other, so creatures could crawl in and out. The tv kept turning itself off! Parking was horrible! Especially ppl in large vehicles that don't know how to park! Its only saving grace was the short distance to the beach. Serious upgrades are needed...and at $200 /per night/per room, you can afford it!

There were only two small elevators, so sometimes there was a rather long wait. The beach was kind of dirty, but a blame beach goers not the hotel. We stayed in one of the bayfront rooms and it was wonderful!

The location of the hotel was in the perfect spot. We loved the easy access to the beach and all its surroundings. We did not like the fact that our restroom on the 5th floor had a HUGE hole in the ceiling right above our shower with BLACK MOLD all around it. It gave a very creepy uneasy feeling. Also not to mention the AC did not work very well I’d say it was around 78 degrees in the room at night time. The hallway to the pool area had a VERY VERY bad odor as well.

When we arrived rooms were not ready. When they did tell us in the lobby that are rooms were ready now and gave us keys we came up with all our bags to find our rooms still not ready and full of beer, trash, gross disgusting rooms. Pool was brown hot tub brown. Will not stay again. Worst hotel I’ve been to yet

Horrible experience. My room was dirty. There was no guide for the tv channels. The back sliding door was hard to open and close. Everything in the room was rusty. The ceilings were dirty. The staff made me wait an extra 30 minutes to check in even though the room was ready, and tried charge a $60 fee if I wanted to check in right away. The fitness room door was broken. Breakfast was not free (ridiculous pricing) it’s cheaper to eat somewhere else.

The room was clean. The staff is also nice. But the building is showing its age and I think they need to remodel in the hall ways. I don’t think a deposit also needs to be required if so Expedia needs to let the resident know before booking
