I have stayed a few times and never had an issue however this time was different. Knowing I had a pet they put me on the opposite side of the pet area. I was traveling alone with two small children and a dog. I then left early the next morning and left my children’s swimsuits hanging in the bathroom. Upon realizing the following day I called and was rudely told by Kathy that they didn’t have them or housekeeping didn’t see them. Well, considering my kids swim in the pool and I don’t have them today at my Family’s house I’m visiting. I know I left them there. So they were stolen by their staff and I was offered no explanation. Will not ever recommend it stay at again.

The late-night check-in was scary. The staff only deal with customers through a little window at the main entrance. It seemed that they were scared of crimes in the area. This gave me a terrible feeling about the place and the hotel. I don't know if all hotels in the area have check-in windows like this.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the checkin, we are not afraid of crimes in the area but have a skeleton crew at that time of nite and they are not always able to be at the front. Again I apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

The hotel is under renovation so plastic sheets on the walls in places. But very happy that they are doing so, since so many Hampton Inns are old, dirty and run down now. It all looked fresh and clean and smelled neutral. This owner actually cares! The staff were very kind and friendly. Sydney was great!

Room was non-smoking but someone had smoked in it in times past. Odor was mild but present. 2nd time staying here in 2 weeks. Staff has always been very helpful. Breakfast is very good / well kept up.

This Best Western feels like a Motel 6 that is completely run down. From the bathroom that has broken shower to the tub that does not drain the water as you’re showering. You are literally standing on the dirty water while showing. The room in general feels extra small and archaic. The bedding also seems unclean. Add to the fact that it’s right next to a major highway. The noise pollution is off the charts. I could not get a decent sleep the entire night. I stayed at this location because it was some $20 cheaper; I wish I hadn’t Save yourself a night of unrest at a subpar facility and book your stay at another hotel.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had! There was no shower curtain in the shower, I reserved a king bed, got a queen one. There was muliple big stains all over the couch, the TV and remote were filthy dirty. (If i can attach pictures I will.) The area was sketchy and felt unsafe, parking was odd and scattered. The walls are paper thin and i could heat the marigolds entire conversation. Breakfast was good, That's the only reason I rated this a 1. Best Western should shut this one down!!!!

This is an old dog and needs updating. I have been staying here for at least 40 years but this is the last time. Door to the room stuck on the tile floor and wouldn't close. Cobwebs at corner of the wall. No place to park close to room except Hardee's.

Old and Run Down
It should be classified as a motel. It’s old and worn down. The price of $130 definitely was not worth it. Paint is peeling, wallpaper is ripped, doors are dirty. There is also no lock on the entry doors so anyone can come in.

Although the room was clean, the soap in dish was used as were the sample shampoo and conditioner. The faucet in tub constantly dripped, and was extremely difficult to pull open and shut. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was really quite good.
