This place was very poor in all aspects. The main issue was that the bathroom had not been cleaned before my stay. There was no toilet paper, towels etc
It was never going to be particularly nice for the budget price but we didn’t expect the sheets to have weird specks in them (maybe crumbs?). The noisy disco downstairs was annoying too. We all slept with earplugs.
Whilst it was always going to be a budget option, the basics were not even covered.
No light in the corridor because 'they're special lights': actually circular neon lights available at any Bunnings
The sheets on the double bed had not been changed. We ended up doing it ourselves after getting fresh sheets from the barman / night receptionist.
We paid for a Comfort room that could sleep 5 people and realised after leaving the next day that we'd been given a standard room for 4. It would have allowed us to be more 'comfortable' given the sagginess of the beds.
The barman was as helpful as he could, trying to apologise and make up for others not doing their job. It feels like the place is just being run to the ground.
Property was of very poor standard. Dirty, bed linen was cheap and years old. Rooms did not have wardrobe, spare pillows or anything but bed. Bathrooms were poor quality, broken tiles, broken taps and dirty
Hi. I am leaving this review to benefit both the business and hotel stayers alike. The room had a bed that was caved in. Basically unsleepable. There was music pumping till at least 1 am, and the window of our room was not even able to be closed. The staff were friendly but did not serve us straight away (reception is non-existent, the bar staff manage the rooms). Overall I think for the price it was subpar. Price was way too high for the quality (paid $95/$105 for the night).
