Drew was a master at check in and accommodating customers with a smile, was efficient, went out of his way to make the customer feel welcome. Noon was always good for checkout. Now a charge. Too bad he’s gone, new management? After staying here for last 5 years il look elsewhere next stay. S

Thanks for your feedback. You were never charged for a late check out. Noon is our regular check out and you were here until one pm and we didn't charge you for checking out an hour late.

Great service and room was clean. Hottub had brown staining on top of the foam from the clearly over-chlorinated water so probably not cleaned or maintained very well.

Easy location off the freeway and close proximity to parks, local restaurants and shops. LOVED the 24/7 access to the pool, hot tub & fitness areas. My only request would be to also keep the 6am start to breakfast on the weekends as well. Our event started @ 8am and the 7am breakfast time made it tight. Otherwise, excellent. I'll keep LaQuinta in mind for furture travels!!!

Everything was great about our stay. Staff, facility, cleanliness, etc., were perfect. The surrounding area is just ok, but it is very convenient. We understand that is not controlled by the property management.

around the property there was several closed businesses. the access to the hotel was kind of 'wonky' however the hotel was good enough to stay again.
