"The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. Would recommend!!"

"The exterior design of the hotel doesn't look great; it resembles a budget hotel, with the building and the hotel name in red. However, the interior design is nice. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but at that price, breakfast could be included or a coffee machine provided in the room. The staff seemed confused because too much is going on in one place; the reception and bar are combined. I think the hotel is too expensive for the minimal service provided. There is no water in the room...

"Great to have an option of a large room the whole family can stay in. Nice place, lovely little park, football pitches and tennis courts a 5 min walk away in the Village. Lovely pizzas from Speed Pizza, 5 min walk away. Shower pressure non existent and pillows were not great, but all in all a nice stop pre Disneyland Paris"

"Waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel zur Anreise und nach dem letzten Tag im Disneyland vor der Abreise. Dazwischen immer in Disneyhotels. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und teilweise leider auch nicht immer sauber (Lange Haare im Bad am Boden, unter der Duschscheibe…) Alles in allem aber für reine Übernachtungen OK.
