We do regret to learn the uncomfortable experience you have encountered during your stay. Related to room upgrade, allow me to explain based on your reservation. You reserved two different room types during your stay with us on 22-24 January 2022 with reservation in Deluxe Garden Access on the first night, and second night in Deluxe room, which is in lower category. Our team tried to provide the same level category for your second night, in hope to make your stay wonderfully consistence by upgrading to Deluxe Garden Access. However, we regret to hear that this was not the case for you. Regarding your belongings did not deliver properly, I have taken immediate action to speak with the Department Heads concerned related to the displeasing situation you have came across, and with so much regret I express my sincere apologies. Nevertheless, we hope you still enjoyed our Deluxe Pool Access room as we prepared for you and Family during your second night, in view of the fact that it is our aim to provide all guests with the most pleasant atmosphere during their stay and to strive excellence service.
